This was by far the worst highlighting job I've ever had in my life. It looked orange in the store but when I got home and really looked at it, I realized how bad it really is. My hair is a splotchy, orange mess and will cost me hundreds, no doubt, to fix. She put toner on it 5 different times and now, and 4AM, my scalp is burning.



She is trying to drum up business using groupon, and stupid me bought one. Worst hair experience ever. My suggestion - if you purchased a groupon from this place, call and request a refund. I was there for 4 hours and one other woman walked out crying because her hair was orange as well. She is ruining people's hair and then gives attitude if you say you don't like it.



Oh!! And this is not a real salon but rather a random lady doing hair in the back of a cramped nail salon. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place in every possible way. She will also charge you extra for anything else she puts in your hair - and I think it's just however much she's feeling at the moment. I know it will cost me an arm and a leg to get my dark brown hair back to looking normal and am considering taking her to small claims court to pay for it. That's something I have never done but looking at the results from the other women in the salon, she should not be practicing cosmetology.



Do not, do not, do not, do not use this lady!!!



And do not be fooled by the positive reviews on this site - I'm convinced the owner did them herself.

Charlotte is awesome! A master weavologist! I loved my new hair style and thank you, thank you, thank you! Try the Enjoy products as well, there is nothing I've ever used that made my hair feel like this, and that includes Avalon and Mizani. See 'ya next week girl!

I've been going to Mrs. Charlotte a couple times now,and I absoutley love her. Her prices are really not that bad and she does it just like you want it. She had a great personality and she's a great listener. There's so many things tosay about her...one word..absoutley wonderful!:)

First of all I would say what a beautiful person Charlette Williams is, not only a beautiful person but also a Christian lady, we attend the same church, The Church Without Walls. I was driving a very long ways to have my hair done, I got really tired of doing that. I decided to check around in my area, went online and found Charlette Williams, decided to give her a try and believe me I've not regreted it. She cares about people and the beauty/health of there hair. Not only would I tell my best friend I would also tell my sisters.

Charlotte IS A HAIR GENIOUS!!!! Her professionality and her expertise is wonderful. I went for a corrective color- she took me from jet black to a carmel blonde and I LOVE IT!!! The products she uses are Fabulous! She uses and retails ENJOY Hair care. The Enjoy Hair Mask and Enjoy styling aides she sent me home with are AMAZING! Thank you Charlotte!!!!!

The hairstylist is very professional and the products available do the best job!

Ms. Charlotte takes care of her customers in a very professional manner. She makes sure that they are comfortable and then she starts working on the hair. She takes pride in her work, in that she makes sure the hair style and the customer fit together. I would bring my mother here! Trust me, that says a whole lot!!!

Charolette is truly the most talented hair dresser in town. She can do all types of hair beautifully. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She has truly transformed me.
