I had a home warranty call placed and Rooter Express was assigned to my claim. I was impressed, they came dressed in uniform, they were polite and friendly and they did good quality work. I have not had any problems with my shower leaking again. I would definately use them again.

I had them out to replace a water heater. They were far less expensive & handled the same day. Water heater was also inspected by the city plumbing inpspector. Will you use again. Thanks

I had septic issues so I called this company out. They offered an acid treatment (1,800) to try and fix the issue with the drain field. They said if this does not work then they would apply they money toward a new drain field. Well the acid treatment did not work. So, how much for the drain field. 5,900.00 that was with my credit of 1,800.00. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!! I talked with other companies after and they said they should have never offered the acid treatment. RIP OFF!!!! Plus, they left my back yard a complete mess! Huge ruts and big holes in the ground. I would not recommend to anyone who is not looking to get ripped off!

I hate that I have to use this company through my home warranty. The customer services is terrible. I thought that customer service was important; I guess not to the women I talked to in the office. Even if the technician is great they have ruined it for me, I would never recommend them to anyone.
