This has got to be the worst travel agency on the face of this earth! I booked my flight online, little did I know that the system would switch my flight dates unbeknownst to me. When I tried calling to make necessary changes I got transferred to 3 or 4 agents who were very hard to understand by the way. After a few times of explaining myself, we got to the conclusion that I was to pay extra for a service change on top of the flight date chafe difference. Keep away!

OMG.. PLS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL FOOLS BASED IN INDIA CONNECTING IN NEW JERSEY..

It should be 0 star. They did not send me any email confirmation. And no one is responding in their phone.

Very unprofessional company. They cancelled my flight and charged me a higher price to rebook the net day. What you have to do to get the flight rebooked is ridiculous. I had to scan my ID and credit card.



Also, my money has yet to be refunded from the ticket they cancelled and I never got an email confirmation when I initially bought.

They got me a cheap ticket and are really helpful when this is a schedule change from the airline.

stay away from this thieves. My mom bought an international ticket and then called to rescheduled and they told her she has to pay $425 total for $100 processing and $325 reprocessing fee. These business are thieves and have to be reported. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

It's a scam. We ordered the tickets and thought everything was legit when we saw the reservation with the airline. JAT then emailed us saying they needed scans of the credit card and my passport. Without them, they'd have to cancel the tickets and charge a fee. Screw that. We contacted the CC company to block the charge. Reservations are not confirmations. There's an important distinction. So far everything appears to have been reversed and they haven't tried charging any fees.

After I booked my tickets I got a call back saying the rates have increased by $150. I felt something was wrong and asked them to just cancel the entire transaction.

When I called me bank, I found out they had charged me TWICE an amount of $3200 and $3350!!! I got the charges cancelled eventually....

RUN AWAY!!!!!This company is definitely shady! i tried booking a flight to the Philippines but they wanted all my info! No company ask for a copy of your credit card and you licence plus signature! it was less than twenty four hours and the are trying to dissuade me from canceling and still want to charge me $75 when no services were rendered! now i'm on hold waiting cause i been arguing with them over $75 i wish i reviewed the company first! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.......POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DISHONEST PRACTICES! DON'T GET ROBBED....I SETTLED FOR $50 CHARGE CAUSE I GOT TIRED OF ARGUING WITH THEM!

This company is a total FRAUD! After you book your ticket, they ask for a copy of your credit card from BOTH sides!!! And copy of your ID?!!! Are you guys serious!!! They claim they need to match signatures!!! Yes right!!! We know what you need it for!! Even our bank said that it is not a common practice for merchants to ask such information! TOTAL FRAUD!! We didn’t provide such information because our bank advised so! Customer service people with heavy indian accent were trying to make us submit it. All the names of people working there are fake! Calling themselves Oscar, Scarlet, Steven, Michael, etc. I doubt they are real names. We asked how much it is to cancel our tickets because we were not comfortable to provide credit card info and they said it is 40$. When we actually decided to cancel it, it was $100 per person!!!! And “Steven”, the guy who does cancellations” claimed it will be returned within 24 hours! 48 hours later still no refund!!! I emailed them – no response. Please note that they were promptly replying before. So this company forces you into cancelling your tickets and make money on the fees. Total FRAUD!!!

Dear Ashish Rathour, the business owner, how much more can you and your employees lie to the customers? Can you please answer my questions!?

DON'T GO FOR LOW PRICE. AFTER YOU PURCHASE AND PAY TICKET YOU GET MESSAGE THAT THERE IS NO CONFIMATION WITH AIRILNE AND TO CALL THEM. BUT THEY DID CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!

Big scam. After purchasing my ticket thru them they tried to scam me out of my bank security questions (like mothers madden name etc) 24hr later (they said for identification purposes) and when I refused they canceled my ticket 2 days later!!!

ALERT ALERT ALERT ... this online travel agent's service is TERRIBLE and DISHONEST if you are trying to get refund back from them. I bought an international air ticket from justairticket.com but had to cancel it. They charged me a cancellation fee of almost $400 to make it a 50%penalty of the fare I paid. I know that doesn't make sense but the agent told me that's the only way they will do it. I called the airline but they couldn't help me and sent me back to justairticket.com due to the type of ticket they issued.

The agent told me that it will take about 10 business days to get my refund back before I let him charge the cancellation fee. About two weeks later, I emailed the same agent to check on the status of my refund and his response was it will take 8 to 10 WEEKS!!! I responded back stating that's not what I was told and questioned if the 8 to 10 weeks was a typo as that's not acceptable, but I never hear back from him since then even though I sent a few more follow ups.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
