Donnelle was prompt, courteous, & thorough at servicing our house. He made a successful effort of explaining exactly what he was about to do.

Mitchell Smiley was very professional and answered our questions. Job well done. He deserves the bonus!

Ryan Byrd provided our quarterly service today. As always the service was performed as directed. In addition to the standard service I pointed out several areas where ants were beginning to show up. He treated these areas both inside and out, and indicated if I continue to see evidence to call for free follow up. I have used Aptive since their arrival in Indy, and have been very pleased with their performance.

Kyle Harvey provided our quarterly service today in a professional and friendly manner. The bug population in our home has declined significantly since we started with Aptive 12 months ago.

Michael Caldwell was our most recent technician (last week) and he was super polite, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Having a "winter" service is a lot different than what we normally think, so knowing how well Aptive adjusts the services according to the seasons, and knowing what is happening now over the winter months was beyond my expectations.

Stephen Harper, out technician is always professional. Always responds to questions and/or concerns.Well pleased.

Adam R. was prompt, pleasant, and thorough. I've been with Aptive for a few years and transferred the service to my new address when I moved because they do a great job of getting rid of the bugs!

The technicians are very professional, friendly, and personable. They look at problem areas with you and treat them to be sure the problem is solved. I appreciate their service...and we don't have bugs!

We had a problem with cricket infestation in a bedroom wall. Our tech was Michael Caldwell. He arrived promptly, and explained the treatment approach thoroughly. Excellent job. LeRoy K. We have been using this service for several months and are very pleased. The techs are professional and friendly. Austin Trackwell was here today and did an excellent job.

Daniel Salinas came out to do our quarterly and deal with an ongoing ant issue. He had some new tools to try, listened, and then explained his plan. Very happy with his professional service.

Ryan Byrd is super nice and funny! He has completed the interior application for my home the past 2 times. He is very professional and gets it done in a timely manner!

Daniel Salinas came out on a rainy Saturday morning to treat a bee infestation under our siding. He was courteous, personable and i have seen zero activity around the openings since he was out. he explained why the powder would work and how it works but also reminded me to call them back out if the problem persisted. nicest guy we have dealt with yet!

Jacob Holland did our quarterly service I was very impressed with him. He started off by taking what looked like a feather duster and removing the spider webs from around the house. Which was nice because this summer I have noticed more spiders which means more webs. Then when he was done with that he proceeded to do the treatment for insects that he was there to do. Also he gave me a heads up call to let me know he was on the way.

Thomas Pace did an excellent job today for our first bug treatment. He was prompt and personable, explaining everything clearly and making sure we understood both our agreement and the treatment procedures. He clearly takes pride in being professional and doing a thorough job.

Jeremy Bolin came by for our first treatment and did an awesome job explaining things to my husband before starting. He was professional & honest. He got all our questions answered and deserves a gold star.

Codie Morgan was very kind and professional throughout his visit. He texted me to confirm the time he was coming over, explained everything thoroughly, and did a great job spraying all affected areas. Would recommened!
