John and his crew (Todd, Cody, Chris, and Jason) quickly and safely brought down four very large, fire-damaged trees in our crowded corner of the neighborhood. Their method of ensuring where branches fall is definitely innovative. Each crewmember is friendly, courteous, hard-working, and professional. The cost was very reasonable; and John was timely in his response. The area looked great after job completion. Highly recommended!!

Excellent job taking down sixteen (16) very large trees that were in my yard and that were much to close to the house (some within inches). Too bad that I can give only five stars, they did a better job than that !!!

After calling 4 or 5 tree services where they either didn't follow up or call me back, I called Top Notch based on the great reviews that I saw on yp. John called me back, arranged an appointment and did a great job taming and shaping a Magnolia tree from Hell in my front yard all at a very reasonable price....HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Received a referral from a neighbor, and called John for an estimate. He provided a very reasonable estimate quickly and began work as scheduled to remove three trees. The work was done in less than a day, and John and his crew left the premises very clean. I also asked him for some advice on other trees and he provided the information quickly. Very happy with the results and the price. Would recommend, and use again.

Excellent work! Great Price. Had two other tree removal services refuse to do the work or would not call me back. Called and spoke to John and he said he would be out the next morning with the equipment and have the stump removed. I would highly recommend their service. Great Job. Even took a blower and blew off my driveway in the process of cleaning up and blowing the area where he had raked the dirt back over where the stump was removed. These people work for their customers!

Top Notch is a very appropriate name for this outfit. They are timely, professional, knowledgable and did an excellent job removing one tree and triming numerous other trees along the tree line. Even the clean up afterwards exceeded our expectations. Throw in that they are very reasonably priced, there's no reason to even look anywhere else for any kind of tree service.

This was the second time we have used Top Notch to come out and remove trees from our property, and both times were outstanding. From their excellent customer service to their professionalism while on the job, the entire team showed why they are a cut above the rest. John came out immediately for an estimate and was on time and gave us a courtesy call prior to him showing up at the house. Top Notch was able to start on the tree trimming and removal within a day, both times. Prior to them coming out, both times, John gave us a call and let us know what time to expect him and his team. Top Notch was in and out in less than three hours and did an amazing job. We had four trees limbed up and one hickory tree we had removed. When they were done, they did an amazing job of cleaning up as well. There wasn't a stick left in the yard and the saw dust was all that was left of the hickory tree. I would recommend Top Notch to everyone who needs tree removal or even just a little tree trimming.

Highly recommended! We chose Top Notch Tree Service to remove a Hickory tree that was blown down on our fence from storm damage and to remove a dead Hickory still standing. We also got a quote on grinding a stump in the middle of our yard. John came out immediately for an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Their estimate was very reasonable; in fact it was half the cost of 3 other quotes we got. And most importantly they were able to have the work done within 1-2 days not weeks like the other companies said. John and his crew did a superb job; they left zero damage to our yard, and even salvaged our fence so that we can reuse it. I will be recommending them to anyone needing tree work done. After reading reviews, I chose Top Notch Tree Service to remove a Bradford pear tree between my and my neighbor's houses. They were knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Cost was very reasonable, surprisingly exactly what I budgeted - to the dollar. Nothing was left of the tree except chips from the grounded stump, which I'll be putting in the garden. Highly recommended.

Top Notch removed a very large maple for me. They started at 8 and finished by noon. They did a great job. They worked around my lazy neighbors car and were mindful of my water lines. I'm very happy with the work they did.

Outstanding service and performance. John gave us an estimate to remove five 100 foot pine trees in our back yard. Came in two days later with his crew, removed the trees, ground the stumps and cleaned up. Would hire again. Highly recommended!
