We looked all over the web to compare features on various machines. We went to the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse to get hands on with the eqipment. Our salesman, Lee, was very knowledgeable and even stayed late showing us features and making recomendations. Lee was super helpful. After the purchase we have had questions and Lee and the staff have all been very helpful.

We have been a satisfied customer at Sewing and Vacuum Wharehouse for many years. Honesty and good service is what keeps us coming back.



After much research and comparasion shopping at several competitors there was no question where to go when it came time to pull the trigger on our big purchase.



We purchased a Janome 7700QCP sewing machine and Janome 1100D serger using the "Quilt Show" price incentives.



The demonstrations, purchase and delivery was most excellent. I am happy to offer the highest recomendation for Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse for sales, service and very competitive pricing.

Just recently purchased a Janome DC 2011 sewing machine, to replace my old Singer... I was referred to Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse by very close sewing partners... My Singer machine was on it's last stitch and my friends said it was time for me to replace the old guy... So, thats when they told me about this fabulous place called SEWING & VACUUM WAREHOUSE. I brought in my old machine and walked out with my new Janome DC2011... It was a wonderful experience with all the machines they have to offer and they had a very knowledgeable customer service staff to help you with all your needs. I personally want to "Thank" Jason for being there for my desperate need of my new sewing machine...

I have been to S&VW numerous times for vacuum repair and sewing machine repair. They are always extremely courteous, listen well, and have solved my problem every time. Their prices are extremely fair and they always manage to give me good advice on how to avoid that particular problem in the future. When considering a new machine they never try to upsell but just give their honest opinion about a particular machine. I highly recommend them for sales and service!

Bought a Janome MC3000 about 15 years ago and wanted to get a sewing/embroidery combo machine. My first thought was to come back to Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. Lee showed me what I needed to know and I bought my first sewing/embroidery combo machine.

They are always prompt on getting my machines in to be serviced, as a small business owner it’s great to be able to get my machines serviced fast, as well, as being able to call someone that knows what they're talking about! I recently purchased a Jamone 350E embroidery machine from Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse and was very pleased with my experience. They offered a great selection of machines at a great price and the salesman, Lee, was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect machine. Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse offers great service after the machines have been purchased as well. They also have a great selection of embroidery supplies.

My husband surprised me with an early Christmas present. a Brother Sew/Embr machine/. The help and knowledge here is A-one. The classes are the best. I know they will keep my machine humming and will gladly answer all my qustions. I love that I can come to one place and get all my embroidery needs.

When I decided that it was time for a new machine I devoted an entire day to research and "test driving" machines. I visited several stores and compared not only the machines but also the quality of the staff and their willingness to work with me on price. I can truly say they scored the highest in all these categories. What more can you ask: good price, knowledgable staff, convenient location. Plus they offer an instructional class free when you purchase your machine so you can confidently use your wonderful new machine! Awesome!

I had an older Singer machine that I needed to have repaired. I searched for a repair shop online and found this store. I took the old machine in, and it was pronounced DOA. HOWEVER, I was offered a trade in value on the old machine, and I used that to buy another machine.



The sales staff is great. The repair staff is great. The store is great! Couldn't be happier!!

The customer service was amazing; I just bought my first Brother Serger machine from Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse in Tomball and was very impressed. Previously I had been driving to the Sew & Vacuum Warehouse in Bryan but not any more, I will definitely be back. I have already signed up for one of their sewing classes. I bought a Janome 3160 QDC at the International Quilt Festival from a salesman that worked at the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. The machine was used at the classes offered at the Festival and I was able to buy it as a refurbished machine and picked it up after the Festival was over. They cleaned it up and made sure nothing was wrong with it. They were easy to work with and the machine was ready for me when I arrived at the showroom.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Ordered a $8,250 machine at the same time my friend ordered one--between the two of us we spent nearly $18,000 in machines and accessories. We paid at the time of ordering and were told it would take about a week for the machines to come in. Nearly 4 weeks later after several calls to check on the machine's status. I was told that it was ready for pick up but that I would need to pay an additional $165 because I had paid with my credit card. When I questioned why I was just now (four weeks after paying) being charged this fee, the owner started yelling at me on the phone saying that I had asked for the cash price. When I explained that I would be happy to pay with a check if they credited back my card he said that because they hadn't caught the mistake until almost a week after we had paid and it was too late. I honestly didn't know that there was a difference in paying by check verses credit card. I was treated in an extremely unprofessional manner. They seemed to feel that I was working to rip them off by paying with a credit card. This all could have been avoided if they had explained this at the time of the original check out. After paying them $165 I told them that they had lost me as a customer and their response was "oh well". Apparently they have plenty of business, please take your business elsewhere. **Sewing machine warehouse also rewards customers for providing positive feedback with up to $40 in store credit for up to 4 positive reviews.

I would tell them to buy their Hello Kitty machine here. They are nice to you even if you are little.

I purchased my embroidery machine here. I felt that Lynn was a super help when it came to providing me with information on the different machines. She helped my pick out a machine that would suit my needs. I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely go back to purchase any new machines in the future.

Very helpful staff, helped me decide on my first Embroidery Machine. They have Layaway which helps me with my budget. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Staff is knowledgeable and helped me decide to replace old broken Singer with new Janome.

I had to take my wife's machine in to be checked. Guess I walked in with the "deer in the headlights" look because I was approached immediately and helped from that moment on. Very nice folks and they even helped me with gift ideas. Even tho it is not my kind of store, I will be back for gifts (sure they will steer me right) and really surprise and impress my wife.

I am so impressed with the service I received from Jason at the store. I took my embroidery machine in with a tension or threading problem, a 50 mile trip one way, and was told if I had anything else to do, go do it and come back in a little while. Went and had lunch, came back to a fixed machine, no charge, and got to take it home with me. I was so pleased with how Jason had remembered me from a few months earlier when I brought my machine in for its annual check-up and how friendly he was. Keep up the good work, guys and gals, your store is the best!
