M&M Roofing came highly recommended from a friend and we were not disappointed. David B. is very helpful and gave us great advice and service. He pointed out a legitimate and glaring oversight by our Insurance adjuster that resulted in getting us additional money from the Insurance Company. Their service was straightforward, honest and ethical which is rare in roofing replacements it seems. The service was very timely efficient and cleanup after the job was great. Many companies tried to get our business but M&M was the right choice. You will not regret choosing M&M.

We cannot recommend M&M enough. Rick took care of everything from the beginning. We wanted to do something a little different with the siding installation, and he was happy to work with us. The siding, windows, and insulation installations all went smoothly. We couldn't be happier with the entire process and would definitely recommend M&M, in fact we already have! Thanks for a job well done.

I am very happy with the quality of our new roof and also the price. We recently had some hail damage and needed a complete new roof. I called M&M first because a ffriend recommended them. David Boyles came by the next day and gave me an estimate (which turned out to be the lowest). He also came back when the insurance people came to do their estimate. That was on a Thursday and I had family coming to visit the next week. David promised to have the job done before they arrived and he made good on his promise. I highly recommend M&M.

We have used M & M Roofing on 2 occasions on 2 different homes. They were able to help me with roof leaks on both occasions & did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I have managed 8-10 properties over the last thirty years and have used M & M Roofing, Siding, and Windows numerous times over that time period. They have done roofing repairs, new roofs, Vynyl Siding, and even helped me with my insurance company on a couple of jobs. They have always done a great job and even more important I have been able to call and talk to the same people for almost thirty years.

M&M did our roofs, hardie siding, and windows on our giant Montrose home and garage apartments. they were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. It has been about two years and everything is going great. You won't be disappointed when you call the pros!!!

You will not find another roofing company with the years of experience and expertise than M & M Roofing. I can tell you from start to finish M & M Roofing contractors were not only professional and have roofing down to an art but were on site for any questions and concerns, looked out for the the small details and the final project on my home was fantastic! I look forward to working with M & M Roofing in the future when they replace my windows and apply the radiant barrier in my attic.

we had several contractors out here to inspect a leak in our roof. We also had M&M out here to inspect our roof. John from M&M went up to look and reported that the fix was quick and simple, went to his truck to get what he needed and simply took care of the problem, NO Charge. He did tell us that our roof had a couple years left in it but that it was getting tired and that we should start putting a new roof into our budget. We had him back about 3 weeks later to put in a new roof quote along with some other contractors. M&M was right in the middle of the pack so we decided to go with them because they repaired our roof whether we went with a new roof with them or not, Our roof was completed with in 3 days and was accomplished quickly and efficiently

When M7m went up and looked they informed us that it was a quick and simple fix and they took care of it NO CHARGE. All the contracors informed us that our roof needed replacing as well as M&M but M&M told us that we probably had a couple years left so to start putting a new roof into our budget. We did get outr roof redone and went with M&M because they went the extra mile whether we went with them or not they fixed the leak to buy us some time to get the money together. Once the proposal was signed the roof was completed within 3 days and was done quickly and efficiently.

Just thought I would write to thank you for a job well done. You guys installed our roof, repaired our siding and trim, and painted our entire home. We were so impressed we had you install gutters in the back of our home. All the work was professionally done and on a timely basis. We appreciate all the work and thought this is the least we could do in form of our appreciation.

They did what they said they'd do! I called them, they came out, gave me an estimate (which was under what I thought) they came back the next day did the job, I paid them and they came back the next day and cleaned up. They did the job correctly-I've never had another leak since! (with all this rain). I'd use them again in a heart beat!

I had M&M repair issues with my roof structure. They replaced the main ridge, which was undersized, and reattached rafters that had pulled away from the ridge. They also replaced the single paned windows with double paned, LowE windows and applied a radiant barrier to my attic. My utilities bills are amazingly low and the interior of my home much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company.

The roofing system on my home had structural issues due to an undersized main ridge and rafters. M&M replaced the main ridge and reattached the rafters. They also replaced the single pane windows in my home with double paned, LowE windows and sprayed a radiant barrier into my attic. My utility bills are amazingly low now and the inside of my home incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this company.
