Our salesman was prompt with every aspect of the purchase, offered us refreshments and was very pleasant and friendly. The finance guy was very personible and the , Jorge, the customer service rep. was a hoot and very helpful.

Karl is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. This is the 2nd car we have purchased from him. We have referred friends and family that has also purchased cars from him.

Tried to trade a truck on another but numbers changed on trade lost 3500.00 dollars people there don't listen try to sell u stuff u don't want was told paper work will be ready when I get there will take 20 min and go took over 2 hrs lost paper work they didn't even know about the truck they were selling dam sure didn't know about how to treat a customer got mad and left didn't get out of lot got call told found the 3500.00 can I come back told them hell no not going to be treated that way. The sign in side say we don't work off commission but off customers happiness bull s>£*}{~< t will not tell eny body to go there

I have purchased a Chevy Silverado a month ago from your NW Houston store. I would like to congratulate you on a team well trained to treat the customer like a king starting with Mr. Templeton to every one through the purchase process until I left the property and beyond. We always preach and teach and coach our team to treat the customer as king and sure feels good to be on the receiving end this time. I bought a Used 2007 Certified Chevy Silvarado. I drove it up to Denison Tx which is appox. 350 miles from houston. The drive shaft broke in half. They did not seem concerend about my situation and I had to claim it on insurance due to the way the drive shaft broke. It is still in Denison and they have found that there is wrong gears in the rear end, and has a modified shift kit in the transmission, I have called Lone Star sevral times and it seems that they have better things to do. They have good sales people but they do not stand behind there product.
