I have used Demos twice and plan on using only Demos for all my repair and maintenance needs. Courtesy, professional and reasonably priced. Can't be beat!

I was in town visiting my sister who just had a baby. while going to meet a friend for lunch in the Village my low coolant light came on. I looked for the nearest BMW shop and wasn't certain it was ok to drive that far. My friend mentioned there was a shop around the corner. I stopped by and was greeted by Jerry. He quickly fixed me up and would not take any money for topping off my coolant. It really turned my day around knowing I was ok to drive back and was quickly taken care of by a gentleman.....that doesnt exist much these days. Thanks again Jerry !

I initially took my classic muscle car to Demo's on a referral from a friend, as well as my insurance company. Although I was nervous to have substantial work to my car given it's age, I could not be happier with the result. The work is beyond spectacular and is better than I ever expected. Julio, Costa, and Demo Jr. could not have been friendlier or more helpful and every step of the process and work was explained and understood beforehand. I'm simply thrilled with the end result and my car hasn't looked or functioned this well in the 50 years since it rolled off the assembly line. Thank you, you've made yet another repeat customer out of me!

Beyond satisfied. When I first got my car back I noticed there was still a scratch on it (not the fault of demos, I think the scratch was just deep enough that it needed more than a fresh coat of paint), and asked to speak to someone about it. They were extremely understanding and rushed to fix my problem, my car was out of the shop the next day, good as new. I was really impressed with how quickly they addressed the problem. I also really appreciated that they did not appear to be annoyed when I asked if more could be done, but they appeared to genuinely want me to be a happy customer. I know where I am going if I ever have car issues!

Everyone is incredibly friendly! Getting the initial estimate was easy and honest. I love that once my insurance claim was approved, YOU contacted ME to schedule a time for dropping off my car. I also love that I was kept up to date on the status while it was there. As a pleasant bonus, my car was washed and vacuumed! I will always come to y'all first and recommend you to others! Demos handled a prior claim for me. a hit and run/sideswipe for me. I was so happy with that service I insisted we use Demo's again.

This shop will take advantage of you in every way possible. The only reason I chose this shop is that it is within walking distance from Rice University, and I was dealing with this shop for a period of 1.5 weeks because of a string of car troubles, but the final thing I needed from them was a diagnosis of why my Check Engine light was on. I had been there in the previous week and spent $650 on various expenses (a new alternator and used tire). After I picked up my car because of the alternator, my Check Engine light was magically on- it hadn’t been on before I took it in. I should have known then not to go back to them but I figured they could fix the issue and I would be done with them. They wanted to replace the catalytic converter for $1500, but I decided that I should pick my car up to get another estimate from a different shop. When I picked up my car, I was shocked when they told me that they would be charging me $160 for a simple computer diagnosis for the Check Engine light. Any decent shop will charge $40 but I guess these guys assumed that a college-age girl wouldn’t be aware of that.

Demo's was professional, courteous and thorough. They worked well with both the insurance company and me to expedite the process. They also kept me fully informed at each step of the process. The work itself was very well done. I would definitely recommend Demo's Automotive Center to others (and will).

Demo's Automotive was very thorough and prompt with the work needed after my accident. The car looks better than ever. Their attention to detail was superb. I'll definitely be using them again for any car work I have in the future.

Demo's did an amazing job repairing body damage to my car. The entire process was seamless. They called Enterprise as soon as I arrived. Enterprise picked me up and then when it was time to pick up my car I was able to just leave my rental there and Demo's took care of everything. The customer service was spectacular. They finished my car before they predicted and I received an email promptly when it was ready for me to pick up.

Terrible! Treated me like s!@3! Rude and insulting! Did work that was unnecessary, costly and detrimental. Lied and called me names! Outright thieves! No one has ever been so rude and insulted me to my face like one of the owners Costa. Took my car somewhere else and everything was great after that! Will never return! Never go there for your own sake! Plenty of better, nicer, cheaper mechanic shops out there in Houston.

Awful! Rude! Lied about things that were not said! Insulted me to my face! Lied about order of events! Condescending! Disrespectful! Charged for "services" that should not have been performed and did nothing to repair my vehicle. After being a loyal customer for 10 years! Crooks! Jerks!
