My Service Pro today was Billy Davis. He did a great job coming on time, very thorough and asked if we needed anything done inside.

The Service Pro that came to my home today, Joey Gary, did a great job. He was thorough and explained everything to me very well. He knew what he was doing and seemed knowledgeable about his work. I'm convinced that Alterra is a good company providing a good service because of Joey. I appreciate a guy like him with a good work ethic and pleasant attitude. I will definitely continue to use Alterra for my pest control service and hope that Joey will be servicing my home in the future.

My Service Pro today was JOEY GARY. He's been to my house several times and I would wish he was always the one coming to service my house. He's always right on time or even early for the appointment. His service is very thorough, checking all the areas of the house, which is something other guys don't do. When he finishes the service, he always explains to me everything he did and what he found, including the chemicals he used to attack the problem areas. I do believe that JOEY GARY is one of the best members of your team. Thank you.

Based on the initial and first quarter treatment, I am happy with Alterra's pest control service thus far. The number of indoor pests has declined significantly and there have been no new ant beds since. The ant beds that were treated have died. For the first quarter treatment, a rep called my house and left a polite message as to the day and time the servicemen would be at my house. Ryan Stern and Thomas Estrada came to my house during the appointed time. They were dressed and behaved in a professional and polite manner, and listened to my concerns. I pointed out trouble spots in my flowers beds and they attended to them. One person took a long pole and brushed off cobwebs and looked for signs of hive formation that needed attention. The other person spread the pesticide on my front and back yard. They were in and out within 20 minutes. I hope there service continues to be this good.

Very friendly professionals. They wipe down the gutters and windows outside which I have never seen before with a pest control service. They also make sure to tell you what they did after the services are complete.

Joey Gary came out and did todays quarterly service I was very impressed. Very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable about the products and procedures. He seemed to genuinely care about my home and pets. I will recommend Alterra Pest Control to my famly and friends!

The service guy for Alterra, J. Gray was extremely nice and professional. I was home during the service and was very impressed how thorough he was. I also had a few questions regarding the pest problem I was having and he was more than happy to take the extra time to talk to me about it. Alterra has provided excellent customer service from day one. Joey Gary came to the house recently and was exceptionally professional and thorough. I am very appreciative of Alterra's obvious emphasis on listening and responding to customer needs with a great attitude.

Friendly no hassle service. They take care of ants in the yard and flower beds as well as knock wasp nests off of the house each time they visit. Jeff Wolfe did a great job our last quarterly visit knocking down wasp nests in hard to reach places. I like that they don't typically need to treat the inside of the house but will if there are any signs of insects in the house. They will come out and treat the house in between quarterly appointments for free if you have any issues.

This complany is fantastic! They were able to cathch the mouse that had moved into our home and was enjoying our company. After the mouse was taken care of Alterra would return every quarter and treat our home and yard. When we moved, we had lots of spiders and ants. They have been to our new home several times without hesitation. The employees that come out to our home are always professional. Christian L. came to our home when we discovered ants. He was wonderful, he treated the area in the house and in the yard. And on top of that he is very personal. I would recommend Alterra to everyone.

J. Garvin offer wonderful service at a reasonable price and their employees Hayden Glazener is thoroughly knowledgeable at pest control. Very courteous and accountable service in North Houston area.

Although I have had some scheduling issues with Alterra, the service has been great. Thank you Joey Gary for a job well done. I learned more about ants and beatles than I ever dreamed. Very knowledgable about what does!!!

The service reps, Joey Gary and Charles Delgado, were very courteous to us as clients. They made sure our needs were addressed and gave us pointers on things we could do to our house to help insure we did not get a rat here again! Joey was aware that I had on sandals and made certain I didn't walk across the recently sprayed garage floor. He gave us extra ant baits and told us to keep them in a plastic/sealed bowl in case a future need arose. Great guys, thorough service, good company! We're happy clients! : )
