Quality Service from a QUALITY GUY! Met him 5 yrs. ago when he replaced the electrical circuit box in my older home . The home inspector had recommended him & hadn't talked to him since. I needed help and thought I'd leave a message because it was after 9pm -HE PICKED UP. My electrical outlet was hot and I thought it smelled like smoke. When I turned off the circuit breaker, I realized my fridge was on the same one. He offered to come tonight instead of waiting until tomorrow so I wouldn't lose all my food. No crazy charges, no OT, no attitude...TRUE PROFESSIONAL. Call him for ANY project big or small...Peace of mind at an incredibly reasonable price!!!

Being in the home building industry for over thirty years now, I must say that using Benny at Plug -it-in-Electrical-service was one of the best moves i've ever made.Bennys work ethics are second to none,and he has the same attitude as I do about lets do it right the first time. One of the storms we had recently tore the meter center and conduit off our house. It was late, but we called Plug-it In Electrical Service. Benny answered the phone and came right out. He quickly fixed our service and contacted the utility to get our power back on. We had our power back on THAT NIGHT. Benny purchased the permit and coordinated with the electrical inspector the next day. Did I mention the price was MUCH less than what I was expecting to pay?.... The price was great! We are so glad Benny was there for us. We are so blessed to have had Benny walk us through this crazy event. Thank you Benny!

I was having a problem with the switch to my kitchen light. It was making noises and causing the light to flicker and blink alot. So I called Mr. Braden at Plug-it In Electrical Service to see if he did small jobs. He said he did and then came right out. Mr. Braden checked the switch out and knew what the problem was. He had it fixed in no time and only charged me a small fee. Thank you Mr. Braden for making our small job a priority and for being such a professional. You are the only electrician for me.

My husband and I were having crazy electrical problems so we called Rockwood Electric. They came out, checked a few things, fixed a wire that was chewed on by squirrels on the top of our main utility pole, said our volts were reading normal and said the next step would be to call an electrician if any other problems arose. After they left we thought the problem was fixed but shortly after we realized all the problems from before were still happening. We pretty much just picked a name out of the Yellow Pages and took a chance. Benny answered his phone right away and came out immediately, even showing up earlier than expected. He knew right away by looking at the same box REU looked at, that something was off. He did a thorough check with all of our inside boxes and found no inside problems. We called REU and had them come back out because Benny was convinced they had missed something when they came out earlier. Sure enough, he was right. Benny insisted he stay however long it took to make sure our electrical problems would be fixed, only charging us a crazy low service call fee even though he was with us for almost 3 hours!. All in all, REU fixed the problems (corroded wires due to squirrel damage) and if it wasn't for Benny, Lord knows what kind of electrician we would have eneded up with and how much money this would have cost us. If you don't call Benny Braden for electrical service, you're making a big mistake! Thanks so much Benny. You have us as customers for life!

I had a handyman "fix" some electrical items for me. I hired him because I thought he would be cheaper than an electrician. Well after he was done and gone, my electrical system wasn't operating properly. Lights were flickering and a receptacle circuit kept tripping. Instead of getting the handyman back "who obviously didn't know what he was doing" I found Benny at Plug-it In Electrical Service on yp.com. I called him late that evening and was suprised when he answered, I was expecting to get an answering machine. Benny came right out and addressed my problems. He explained what all the handyman did wrong and how it should have been done. Benny was very knowledgeable in the electrical code. He quickly fixed the problems and the price was much less than what the handyman charged me. I couldn't beleive I could get a licensed electrician to come out at night for that price, WOW!!! And no overtime charges!!! ...... Thanks Benny

When Mr. Braden came out to give me an estimate to replace my old 100 amp fuse panel with a new 200 amp panel and service, he showed me his Electrical Contractor's License, Liability Ins., and Workers Comp. The price was very reasonable so I hired him. Benny scheduled and bought everything that was needed; permit, materials, scheduled with the electric utility, and scheduled the electrical inspector. I didn't have to do anything except pay him when he was finished. Did I mention that it only took him about 3 and a half hours. My power was turned off at 8:00am and back on by lunchtime. He also installed a whole house surge protector at no extra charge. Mr. Braden's professional and courteous nature made our project "painless and easy". After this experience, I will no longer have to search for an electrician. Plug-it In Electrical Service and Mr. Braden is the "OUR" electrical contractor now.

I had an electrical problem on a Sunday afternoon and I couldn't wait til Monday to get it fixed. So I called Benny at Plug-it In Electrical. He came right out, fixed my problem, and didn't charge me any extra fees for it being on a weekend. Now that's customer service!!!

Benny showed up when he said he would be there. He told me what it would cost to fix my problem before he started and that is what I paid. He was very considerate and tidy. He offered many suggestions and was very knowledgeable and professional. My problem occured on a weekend and I was not charged an extra fee. Wow, I will definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone!
