Arranging the move with their salesman was so easy, like a breeze. They moved my entire apartment quickly and I can tell you that all my furniture stayed intact. Nothing got damaged and there was not a single scratch anywhere. The guys were efficient and professional all day, and made my move easy for me. They are amazing and their customer service is excellent! Oh yes, the price was very good!

I had a lot of small items, especially some nice picture frames and some cute decorations and it was so important for me that nothing got damaged. I must say that all my belongings were intact, just the way I wanted. When we arrived at my new apartment, the guys unpacked all the boxes and put my furniture on the spot I wanted it to be. Their sales rep offered me a deal which was fair enough. He sent the moving team on the moving day but they had no idea about the nature of the move and still they quickly made a plan and executed the maneuvers to the perfection. There were several issues, obstacles but nothing stopped them from delivering a picture perfect move. They were fast, highly skilled, well experienced and most importantly willing to do their best. As the result we got something which seemed impossible at one stage. Thanks a lot guys for helping us out.

I hired Lighthouse vanlines for the move because I heard a lot about this company from my brother. They also offered me a very good deal and gave me in written that there would be no additional fees involved. After checking the inventory it was clear that they were able to deliver all our belongings in great condition. We got a timely, stress free and smooth move within our tight budget. Their moving team showed up on time and immediately began the packing (which we couldn’t pack). They finished the remaining portion of packing, managed the loading nicely and delivered all at the other end within the allotted time. They have also displayed the fine execution while unloading the items from the truck. I personally checked the inventory and felt happy to see everything in one piece and without any damage. In the end all went exactly how I wanted.

The sales agent told me a clear delivery date. Many companies remain reluctant to say a definite moving date before signing agreement. They were not vague with the load and unload. Then after having the quotation, we signed in a contract. On the moving day the guys appeared on time. They labeled all boxes with utmost care. Our belongings were loaded onto a big and clean truck. They followed our all suggestions. The total move happened without any loss or damage. They made the move comfortable during our stressful time. I will surely use them if I ever have to move.

Movers came on time and they began their work immediately. I felt that they knew what they were up to and they were managing the move very efficiently. They packed, moved and stored all my belongings without a single scratch and they were also quite fast. I was living on the 3nd floor apartment and although we had an elevator, the furniture would not fit in it and had to be moved down from the staircase. The boys were tough and a move that I thought was a very heavy and difficult to execute was just like a piece of cake for them. Finally I got a move that I was looking for. The company’s customer service is excellent; they kept calling me from time to time just to insure I was having no problems and the packers. The team that was sent to me was very friendly, professional, and communicational. Also good price, excellent job overall. They have done a very good job. I liked the fact that all fragile items were protected with bubble wrap. Each box and piece of furniture was labeled and placed where we told them. I am very happy with the service I received from Lighthouse vanlines and there were no hidden charges. The team worked hard without stopping.

What a great company. It's so pleasant to deal with a company that's totally focused on its customers. I was a bit unsure, as I'd never used them before, though the reviews seemed good. I needed a long distance move but also needed my piano to be moved and didn't want to risk it being damaged by someone without experience. But at the end, everything went well and flawless. My piano looks just as good as new. A very good mover indeed!

I would like to give two thumbs up for moving me for my long distance move. The team of packers was excellent. Moving is a stressful thing to do but your people were very calming influence and could not have been more helpful. It was reassuring to be in the hands of true professionals. It’s hard to move to another state with 3 kids especially when my husband is out of the country. I needed to move a 3 bedroom apartment a long distance but I was frustrated about it. Thankfully my husband did the set up with Lighthouse vanlines. They sent over 4 men with boxes and tape for the packing. It took a lot of time because we have lot of things. It took 2.5 hours to pack but the guys did a good job. Then they loaded it all on to the truck very carefully. They did an excellent job on both sides. Nothing went wrong and I really appreciate all the help.

I have a lot of fragile and delicate things which I needed to me moved to my new apartment and that is when I got in contact with Lighthouse vanlines. I was referred by a friend who have told me great thing about them. It was a good thing I listened to my friend because my move turned out to be quite well. Lighthouse vanlines was just outstanding and couldn't have a better experience with any mover other than them. I couldn't help myself with broadcasting this and that's why I'm here to say this was just a perfect way to go. They arrived on time, bubble wrapped all of my breakables and even put the TV in box, I was so excited that everything was in such great condition by the time they arrived at my new home! What a load off of my back, my wife was skeptical about the whole thing and thankfully everything went right on schedule and right as planned. I told her they were the best, (I was crossing my fingers and my friends had a few bad experiences with other companies). Now I will be telling all of my friends about this wonderful company, I was just so surprised at how well the entire thing went. Now I can tell my wife "I told you so!"

They were just about an hour late and that was the only thing they did wrong!!! Got to work right away and started wrapping up all of our furniture and did it so well I was very stunned. The crew made me feels at ease because I knew that nothing would get damaged, for sure. When they delivered us just 8 days later, they unloaded the truck and got right to work again! All the goods were okay. With a pretty far move like this, in my opinion that was such a surprise. I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed working with Lighthouse vanlines. Excellent job!

In the past 9 years, I have had 3 local moves and 2 long distance moves, so I have a lot of experience with movers. All 3 guys on the crew were educated, clean and professional looking and were focused on customer service.
