The experience here has been absolutely fantastic. They were clear on what our issues were, how they intended to resolve them, and what our expectations should be, and we managed to get pregnant on the first try after a few short months! We had a prior experience with another provider, who ran test after test, time after time, and after over a year and a half, before they could start any treatment, they required all those same tests be repeated. That's when we came to Advanced, and were completely blown away by this place and the great people! Thank you Dr. Irani for making our dreams come true!!

Having been to one fertility clinic prior to this, I can tell you that I know the difference between a "good" and a "not so good" place to go through this crazy journey. Dr Irani and Ashley Broom have been informative, compassionate and easy to talk to from day one until now. Never have I felt embarrassed asking a "stupid" question or coming in for tests. After three failed rounds of IVF at a larger clinic, a friend suggested we try Dr. Irani. From the first consult, he was thoughtful, thorough, and clear about what to expect. He took the time to look at my previous records and catered the protocol for exactly what I needed. We are now currently 6 weeks pregnant!
