Quick, painless and helpful .

We went to the dealership after work and needed the process to be as quick as possible. We had already completed a test drive from an earlier visit. While it did take a little longer than we wanted, I think the experience was great. Everyone was friendly and Mary was very caring and treated us well. She made sure to review the features on the car, talked about future service for the car and answered all our question.

I, with a friend, went to Gresham Subaru to look at Subaru Foresters and take one for a test drive. I was asked which options are important to me in a new car. I was never pressured to get a car with more expensive options. The test drive was great! The car is very comfortable, easy to get in and out of! ( Very important to me, I have had 2 total knee replacements.) Thank you for listening!

Sarah was very diligent in trying to meet my needs. She was kind and patient and willing to work around my schedule and took the time to find out what I was looking for. I usually don't like to go to dealerships because I feel the pressure of the salesman and the aggression for the sale. I'm so glad I went through internet/Costco sales and Gresham Subary because they were willing to meet me at my level.

The car we wanted was on the lot, the salesman was knowledgeable about the car and the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, a quick and smooth car buying experience.

Explained model/color of Forester we were looking for with Sarah and Tiffany. Two cars were found within a month. No hard sell on their part. did a test drive, Tiffany was very informative and answered all questions. Came back the next week and the purchase and old car trade in was very smooth with everyone we dealt with.

From the start Gresham Subaru was welcoming and honest. Buying a car can be a whole deal but there I felt taken care of and that I was getting honest answers and feedback. Tracey in sales was wonderful, took care of me, ordered my car and was there when I picked it up. Ordering the car took maybe an hour and when I picked it up I was in and out and on the road in my new Subaru.

I've never had an experience like buying a new car at Gresham Subaru. It felt like I was my own sales person they gave me their best price which was more than fair as I had been looking at a number of dealers for a similar car. Very little negotiating as it felt like I was dealing with friends.

Great, we called salesman about a truck we saw online, came up from Klamath Falls, looked at the vehicle and made the purchase, couldn't have been simpler. Great people to work with, no pressure. We came all the way from Klamath Falls because we were sick of dealing with the Litha group who seem to own every dealership in the area and just a bunch of ripe offs as far as we are concerned.

This has been one of the most pleasurable experiences that I have ever had in buying a new Subaru. Mary was so knowledgeable with financing, and the operation of the many interior tech systems on my 3.6R Outback - the best part was her winning personality - 10 Stars. David, took us for a test drive and helped with settings on the dash. Both associates showed a complete interest in my satisfaction, which they couldn't do enough for me.
