After too little sleep the night before airline travel, after a long line slowly snaking through a security check-point, and after a long cross-country flight wedged into a seat surrounded by persons who should have paid for two seats instead of the one their overextended body parts spilled over, it was a relief to experience courteous, timely and reliable service from Gail Andrus Travel. Very well organized; friendly service.

I don't think the service I received from Gail AndrusTravel could have been any better. When I arrived at the Grand Rapids airport, there were friendly personnel there to guide me to my destination. The driver of the bus was good spirited and a helpful "tour guide" as we made our way to the hotel. On my day of departure, the bus was on-time at our hotel and delivered us in a timely manner to the airport. I usually expect a few glitches along the way, but not this time.

The service was excellent and the price was right!

We arrived in Grand Rapids and someone from Andrus Gail Travel was conveniently waiting for us. We were escorted to our Coach bus and bags were loaded promptly. No waiting! On our return, a service rep was in the lobby of our hotel well before departure time to check off names. Again, prompt loading of bags and we were off! Friendly, helpful representatives and no hassle accommodations made Andrus Gail Travel a pleasure. Thank you!

Very well organized, visible at Baggage Claim, hospitable and helpful....both at airport and at hotel for departure! Loved the cookies, too!

My group was at Aquinas College and the bus shuttles were always on time and the drivers were friendly. We had a little fender bender, but it was handled professionally and courteously.



We had to change our airport shuttle close to the last day and all worked to accommodate our needs.

Great service. Everyone was warm, pleasant, efficient. Everything was well-organized to the finest detail. Clean comfortable busses, on time. And, the cookie upon arrival was an extra special touch.
