Provided by YP.comWe met Avalon representatives at the Grand Rapids Home & Garden Show. We were impressed with their candor and honesty. So we had a rep come to our house to quote our project. Again, the reps knowledge of the project impressed us. He told us the project would take 2-3 days, it ended up taking 4. We originally scheduled the install but when I called to confirm, it came as a surprise for the office. Once the project got started it went well!

In particular I want to recognize Doug D & Adam M for their professionalism and responsiveness to our project. They were timely and exceptionally careful to ensure that no damage was done to the landscaping around the house and final clean ups. Provided by YP.comI love looking at my house! I had new windows and siding projects completed and although there were a few issues (completely resolved), the jobs were completed to perfection. I have received numerous compliments on a house built in 1920 that looks brand new. My neighbors just had their roof done last week by Avalon based on my recommendation and they were thrilled with the work crew and how quickly and neatly the roof was completed. Next up for them, new windows from Avalon of course!

Provided by YP.comI saw Avalon at the Remodeling Home Show and it peaked my interest. After finding reviews on the BBB & Google I chose to use Avalon for my Drywall project. In the beginning I had concerns with the communication as far as scheduling but as the project started the workers had great communication and Echo did a great job with the installation.

Provided by YP.comI was totally impressed with Avalon’s sales manager - he was totally knowledgeable in answering all of my questions, including other companies costs, materials, and how they stacked up with online reviews. These questions confirmed when the other companies gave me their estimates. I was always in contact with Avalon’s scheduling department due to weather conditions. Two crews came out at 7:00 AM on day of installation. They used care in protecting my landscape and yard with tarps, new roof was completed by 11:00 AM. This time including excellent clean up of all materials from replacing old roof and new roof.
I was impressed with no high pressure sales tactics and follow up of inspection of my new roof after installation. I would recommend my exceptional experience with start to finish and outstanding material, cost, and professional service from all Avalon’s employees.

Gus was very informative of the products that are sold and recommended the best one to suit the problem areas. He explained the company and the service that would be provided, the gutter crew was efficient and knowledgeable. Within 2 hours the gutters were up and yard was cleaned. I would definitely recommend Avalon for all your home needs.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I were impressed with Avalon from the beginning. Our questions were fully answered on the spot. We verified the company credentials completely. Another representative a few days later discussed rebates and we settled on type, color, and cost of shingles. The goods were delivered promptly and carefully. The next day car loads of workmen, trucks with ladders, air compressors, nail guns, and tools arrived early and immediately went to work. Demolition was done swiftly and carefully, and the shingle and flashing went on with care and expertise. I was impressed with the workmen, their skill and demeanor; their supervision was done with quiet care. Cleanup was thorough. Never was there any confusion, event with many men busily at work, all was cooperation and efficiency and friendship. No trash was left behind. I commended the supervision and crew. They were a delight to work with.
