Approximately 30 feet of 50 year old cast iron pipe (not previously replaced due to inaccessibility) went from the back of a tight crawl space and under a corner of the garage flooring - in the process through two foundations. With several unanticipated challenges, Doug and crew worked over 12 hours straight in order to replace this pipe. I greatly appreciate the friendly and very professional manner in which this job was completed.

Water heater died yesterday, as it leaked after over 15 years of use. New water heater in today. All-Flo has never disappointed. Not the least expensive of their kind, but I trust them to be consistently good at what they do. We've repeatedly used them to free our drain as our oak trees clog the drain. New we have them Jet blast the drain, which looks like it's going to last 2 years! Good move!

Got an appointment for next day for slow kitchen sink drain. They were on time, explained options, reasonable prices. Will definitely call them again!

This was an emergency situation and John came out within hours. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and quietly. He was professional the entire time and showed me pictures of the issue, and explained it all in ways that I could understand. Thank you so much!

My garbage disposal was clogged on a Saturday so I called All-Flo on Monday. They were able to have a plumber at my home that afternoon, giving a two-hour window for arrival. Their office called when the service tech was 5 or 10 minutes away and he arrived right on time.   

Derek was very courteous and professional.  He let me know what he planned to do to solve the problem and gave me suggestions regarding what not to put in the disposal in the future.  He also suggested I not use liquid drain cleaner which is very acidic and hard on pipes and told me about a product called Bio-Clean that uses natural enzymes to attack and eliminate the clog.

They were amazing. I had two big issues. They came right out, totally repaired my drain issue and replaced some pipe, put in new brackets to hold the pipes, cleaned the drain. Then replaced my bathroom toilet, and flange and cleaned up everything. Ken and Andrew were VERY nice and respectful and friendly. I might add the cost was very reasonable for what they did. I surely appreciated everything they did. I highly recommend them. Thank you All-Flo.

We had an issue with our kitchen sink and our dish washer draining. Neither would drain very well, and the dishwasher water would back up into the sink. We were referred to All-Flo through godwin plumbing and we could not be any happier with their service we were provided. Lance came out to our house, and he was very professional, gave me options and pricing and his expertise on the options. He worked quick, yet thorough. I will be making sure to tell all my friends and family about how great of service we were provided. For an hour and a half of work, plus some new parts, it cost 290$. Worth it.

My experience with All Flow could not have been any better. I was informed by phone that the technician was running late. Lance arrived a bit after 5 PM. He never lead me to believe that he was rushing through the process and didn’t leave my house until after 7 PM
I was amazed at his knowledge and the expertise he shows. Lance was able to determine the source of my problem almost immediately. He kept me informed with what options I had and also quoted me costs. Beyond his knowledge he displayed customer service which is not often seen anymore. He was kind, considerate, thoughtful and very respectful of my home (and my three little dogs)

I was looking for a plumber to disconnect a dental office full of sinks to turn an office over to new management. The All-Flo Plumbing team was very responsive in getting the job done well. I couldn’t have been more pleased!

Kevin worked on our drain today, he was helpful and professional. He explained all of our options clearly. He punched a hole through the blockage, which let the water drain through and then He used a camera to show me the roots that were blocking our drain. We had at least 6 feet of mostly blocked pipe. Then he worked for about 2 hours with a water jet to chop and clear it all out. Finally he used the camera again from an access further up stream to inspect all of our drain pipe and show it all to me, including the part he cleaned out. Just as he said, the (more expensive) water jet did more than punch a hole in the root system to get the water moving again. But it completely cleared out all the roots.

Very disappointing experience. They did not listen to information we gave them and provided a band aid solution. They refused to honor their guarantee and never did fix the problem which another company easily resolved for us. PLUS very expensive. Go elsewhere and check BBB
