I have been extremely pleased with the efforts provided by the staff at the Glendora location. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for storage space, especially Dwayne, who helped set up all of the account details regarding the unit over the phone and email without me having to be there. I thank them greatly and appreciate the quality of their customer service.

This is my first time renting a storage unit and Dwayne has made the process easy and transparent. He made me feel comfortable and showed me exactly which unit I'll be renting and assured me of the security they have on site. Thanks Dwayne!!

Ive had a storage unit at this facility for about 10 years and this location has always provided me with friendly service. Ive never had an issue with security measures and its given me peace of mind throughout the years. Gated business in a good area with plenty accessibility to other neighborhood businesses.

Good area to store in, can call to make payments during outbreak and i have been storing there for about a year.

Dwayne and the other employees are nice, always helping when they can. Make sure to check in for free gifts as well.

At first my friend told me about this place. Then when I had to move my things I got a space. They have a really clean space and they are real nice. Even with all this COVID 19 going around they are helpful.There is no riff-raff people hanging around. Security is great, good place to keep your property. Manager is great and they sell moving boxes and supplies.

We have been with them for many years. Client-oriented customer service that goes above and beyond. Easy in and out when you need to. Great hours. We highly recommend them.
