Dr. Ghobraiel is a fellowship-trained glaucoma and cataract surgeon, specializing in medical and surgical diseases of the eye, with a focus on medical and surgical glaucoma and modern cataract surgery methods. Dr. Ghobraiel received her bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology and Neuroscience at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She obtained her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine- graduating with Honors. She stayed at NYU to complete an internship in General Surgery as well as a residency in Ophthalmology. Dr. Ghobraiel completed her glaucoma fellowship training at Northwestern University/University Eye Specialists in Chicago. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and baking.
