very nice. made sure i was comfortable the whole time.

Very smooth. Staff and doctor are calm, professional and easy going, and everything is well explained to me. Makes me feel at ease and confident in the care I receive.

Did not know it required the doc to do so much work on his part. He work well with his assistant and I was comfortable throughout the process.

I have had 2 root canals that Dr. Pichardo performed. Both went very well. He really wants you to not feel any pain and I didn't. Hopefully I won't have any more but if I do this is where I will come. His staff is friendly and helpful.

Not a big fan of the dentist, however, I just fell asleep during a root canal!!! Very caring and explains everything.

First time visit, I was in extreme pain and they were able to accommodate on short notice and very sensitive to my needs. Acted very quick in providing the relief that I needed. It was a wonderful experience which is usually hard to say when you are in pain.

I came to Dr. Michael Pichardo with an inquiry which would result in two very seperate paths. He not only gave his professional answer, but enstilled confidence in my decision to have a root canal and keep my tooth. I know my situation was a difficult one, however, I just want to say that he (along with his staff) took care of me in every way! Painless and Efficient! Thank you again Dr. Pichardo!

Dr. Pichardo did a fantastic job - I didn't feel a thing. This is maybe the nicest facility I've seen in Northern Virginia. 5 stars all around.
