Rick was very helpful in getting the correct size unit I needed. Seeing as I was getting ready to move and the smaller space would never hold all my belongings. He also gave me a great price on multiple months. It was located close to my house which made the back and forth trips easy. I will recommend them to anyone looking for temporary or long time storage

This place is great. RIck and his wife were so helpful and very nice. I was pleased that the price included everything. No extra surprises. The are in a great location for me as I currently live in Walkersville but plan to move to Boonsboro and I work in Frederick.

If you need a storage facility, this is it. It is clean, safe and the managers (Ric & Layla) live on-site. I like the fact that it is not open all night which increases the security aspect. I highly recommend this facility.

The on site managers are very customer focused. The unit was clean, dry and appears to be very secure. Units are well lit. They have plenty of moving supplies to buy inside at fair prices. Also, they have free dollies available to assist with moving items.

Security Public Storage has wonderful, clean facilities. The management is professional, patient and thorough. Thank you!

I've used a lot of storage facilities - and Security Public Storage in Frederick is by far the best!! It is a clean, secure location with very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent storage company - highly recommended. A+++

This is the best facility in the area. It is clean and the management are really helpful. They helped me find the right sized space for my stuff. Month to month contract is nice as I don't know how long I will need to store for. I know that my items are safe and secure!

I have been using Security Public Storage for about a year now. The staff is a group of the friendliest people you ever meet. They make the experience so worthwhile. This place is extremely secured and I could not see myself at any other storage except Security Public Storage.

I have been using this storage facility for 2 years now. I have never had a problem of any sort. The staff, although changed from when I first leased, is courteous, friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and I have had no problems with bugs, critters or leaks. Overall I am very satisfied with this facility and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking extra storage.

Overall, I am very pleased with Security Public Storage. It is extremely clean. No signs of any bugs or rodents. The staff is very helpful. It appears to be very well run. The amount I pay is a tad higher than I would like to pay. I didn't do any comparison shopping because I like the place based on previous experience and it is close to my home and I was in a hurry. Although it is a tad higher than I'd like to pay, I think it is probably a fair price since I have a large unit and the place is extremely clean and safe. If my best friend were looking for a place to store, I would highly recommend this place but I would also suggest shopping around to compare prices but also to compare cleanliness, safety, etc.

I would recommend Security Public Storage to all my family and friends.

Pros:

* Unit is clean and secure

* Staff was friendly and helpful (though management has apparently changed since I rented my unit).

* Location is convenient (right off of Route 40).



Cons:

* 24 hour access would be preferable.

* A bit more expensive than other options (if I had had more time to research I likely would have chosen a less expensive option).

* I would have preferred not having a water pipe go directly through my unit, both because it takes away a bit of space and because it poses the potential for water damage if it breaks. The movers were already half-way through unloading by the time I saw the unit.

This is the 2nd storage facility I have used in Frederick. The 1st one was 15 years ago when I moved from NY to Md and needed to store items until our home was built...When i needed one 3 years ago I went back to them and was completely turned off. I visited SPS and was sold. The staff and site are wonderful...always available, the location is so close to my home and is always clean. Bravo. and Thanks

I've used a LOT of storage companies in the past -- and this one, by far, is the BEST!! Not only do they give you discounts for writing reviews ;) ;) :), but they are the friendliest people to do business with...seriously!



The units are incredibly clean, have no odors, and are easily accessible. For living in Middletown, I choose this company over Public Storage ANY day: its an ideal location, the grounds of the storage facility are impeccable, and the managers are always there and welcoming if you need help.



Most definitely the best storage facility on this side of Frederick county!
