Working with David has been a godsend to my family. I had been trying for years to work on my credit with little success. After speaking with a few other repair companies, I was referred to David and from the first call, he was open and honest about the process, cost, and expectation. Not only did he meet the standard that he had set for our goals, but he far exceeded them! He was in constant contact with me regarding the stage we were at and I never had to worry about what was to come. He is even responsible for guiding me to my current home builder. I am forever grateful for his knowledge and experience. He truly is the reason I am a first-time homeowner now. Could not recommend him enough!

What can I say about Joe! He helped me get my credit where it needed to be to get me a beautiful home for my family. He was straight forward and I loved that. When my husband and I were searching for our first home, we were told I needed to raise my credit score to ensure we were able to get approved to purchase our dream home. I was unsure of what I needed to do to raise it, so we reached out to Joe with the Phoenix Group in March of 2020. Joe reviewed my credit and explained to us what actions I needed to take to raise my score. He was very helpful during the process and was always willing and ready to answer any questions we had. There was a time where I did something that could negatively affect my credit score. Joe reached out to me as soon as he saw it and I was able to resolve it.

In January 2021, we were able to place a deposit down on our first home. We would have about 6 more months to get my credit where it needed to be. Through that time, Joe and his assistant, April, were in constant communication with us. During the times I needed to contact a creditor, Joe or April would guide me through the phone call. Through Joe's guidance, I was able to address the things I needed to increase my credit score. We were able to close on our first home in August 2021. Yay! No more renting, we are now homeowners! My son loves his new home!

We hired David at Phenix to repair my husbands credit so that we could buy a house.

Joe Comacho at the Phenix group has changed everything for us. Hands down the best experience with Joe Comacho at Phenix Group. We had our reservations about working with any company at all with all of the scams out there but he pulled through with everything he said he would do. My husbands score went up over 180 points since working with Joe. The sense of relief we have felt has been amazing. We had let our credit get out of hand and it was hindering everything we wanted or needed to do but we have already seen the change. We can’t thank him enough for all of his work. We have moved in to our new home on 15 acres and just had the most quick and pain free vehicle purchasing experience we have had to date.

I'm not one to usually right reviews but I just HAVE to for The Phenix Credit Group. Backstory: my husband and I are in the process of trying to buy a home. I had been going back and forth with the credit bureaus trying to figure out why there was a freeze on my credit and had been fighting with them for well over a month. I finally reached out to our agent and asked for help and immediately she suggested we talk to Joe. Of course, handing over important, confidential information can be incredibly new wracking and I was very hesitant. I wish we would have connected to him earlier because, WOW! He went above and beyond for us. He managed to fix all of our problems in less than 3 hours. He truly knows his stuff and will get the job done. Normally I don’t do reviews… but this time I am making an exception because of how GREAT Rafael and his team were.
I was searching online and almost went with someone else, who probably would have taken my money and not helped me at all. I’m super glad I made the decision to reach out to Rafael.
He not only helped me repair my credit but helped me qualify for the purchase of my home. Before going to Rafael I had been declined for a home loan by multiple lenders and I thought owning a home was out of the picture for me.

Joe and his team is WONDERFUL! No matter what was going on they never stopped working so hard for me and all clients. 2020 was a rough year but my credit repair process didn't stop. I had a great experience working with Joe Camacho. He helped me completely rebuild my credit. I reached out to him after filing for bankruptcy and within one year after filing, he helped me go from a zero to a credit score in the high 600's, eligible for a credit card, and pre-approved for a car loan! I found The Phenix Group completely by chance, but I am truly grateful for it. Upon giving them my information for a FREE analysis, I was contacted the very next day via email by David Rodriguez. He assured me that he was here to help and that he could point me in the right direction; he did so much more than that. Even within our very FIRST conversation by phone, I knew I could trust in him immensely and he did so well at building rapport within the first few seconds of our conversation. My Man Joe Camacho helped me an my wife get our credit to where it had to be so we could get a house and we got got a fuckin house soooo exciting but he didnt stop there he kept goin after we got our home to make our credit even better this dude is awesome hard worker and on our ass about how we spend and use and everything to get shit done but it's worth it every step of the way really really recommend this guy!!!!

Its so much I can say about Joe! I called him after going on a tour to learn about homeownership. I presented to him what I thought wouldve been an impossible task. My situation was that my lease was ending in a few months and I needed my credit good enough to purchase a home. He was VERY thorough when he explained the process and what was required of me during this process.

I was referred by my lender to work with Brian Quinn @the Phenix Group because I was struggling to raise my credit scores. I was previously working with another credit repair company for over 6 months that pretty much just took my money without helping me improving my credit. I gave Brian a call and he immediately got to work. He explained the entire process very thoroughly and ensured that I took detailed notes. After that first call, I was confident I was in good hands and I was absolutely right! Working with Brian has been amazing. We communicated constantly every step of the way. He replied back to my emails or voicemails almost immediately which never happened with the previous repair company. He has helped me raise my scores and also taught me the do’s and dont’s of building credit. After 2 months I saw a huge difference. I have already began to refer friends and family and I will continue to do so!

David Rodriguez with The Phenix Group was amazing! I cannot rave about this company and team enough. They are so knowledgeable and really care about their customers. The market is overwhelmed with many companies but I promise this is THE BEST ONE! David took his time to offer information without taking advantage of me, gave me follow-up steps and has even helped beyond his call of duty. I'll admit when my mortgage lender first referred me to Brian Quinn at The Phenix Group I was very skeptical! Having already tried to use Lexington Law for credit repair and not seeing any difference in my credit score  the last thing I wanted to do was spend more money and still not be able to purchase a home.

From the very first call Brian told me that once he reviewed my credit reports, if he could not generate the results I was looking for he would  just give me some advice and not charge me anything. I I was still waiting to hear some sort of sales pitch. That was not the case at all! Brian explained their programs in a way that I could understand , the cost of the services was very reasonable and he made it work for my budget!

Best of all we finished the program sooner than expected!!!!! As of last Friday I received a pre approval for my first home!!!!!!!
