The company they contracted to, PK Line, expected me to pick up my car in a deserted parking lot late at night although my contract clearly stated that my car would be delivered to my house. After arguing with the driver, he agreed to drive the car to my house IF I would drive him back to his truck in the deserted parking lot. I called the police and after he finally delivered my car they drove him back to the parking lot. I called Nationwide after that 3 times the day after this happened and no one even had the courtesy to call me back and the actual shipping company disconnected me, then put me on hold, then said they'd call back and never did. Don't use this company.

Karen lied to us over ten times. Has kept my $1800 for over a month and never sent a truck for my car. She now is trying to keep $800 for another persons bill with them from my money. They never planned to send a truck for my car.only to use my money to pay another mans bill.

Great company, everyone responds on time and even updates me quite often. I would say the best transport company I have worked with since I started shipping cars. Thanks guys!

NTS transport my Maxima from Elizabeth NJ to down to Florida for an awesome price, David my agent was very helpful and got me a driver within the first 2 hours of inquiring, That's what I call a 5 star company! Great price, fast delivery and the driver was professional.

Bunch of liars!!!

I worked with Jay DeGuio. He called me and said that he has a truck nearby and he can pick up my car tomorrow morning. I said OK. Next morning, I received an email from him: "Driver canceled for not having the buyer number". (Car was from car auction). Nobody called me to ask this number. And when I gave all information to him one day before, he said that is enough.

They didn't have any truck there at all.

I placed an order in other company.

Now I understand that every word in previous posts is true.





Advice: Do research before chose a company. Most of them liars like this one.



And of course DO NOT WORK WITH "Nationwide Transport Services, LLC"

Awesome Company ... gave me the best price around ... If your looking to hire then look no further!!
