A Through Z is top notch! Day, night and all the hours in between they are there for you. They are highly accommodating and extremely generous with their time and patience. Computer “glitches” are not our strong suit; they are always readily available to assist with problem solving options and get you back to work with minimal down time. Their business ethic is beyond reproach. We highly recommend them for your business or personal computer needs.

100% right on! I'm fairly literate computer-wise, but I got stymied when I got a new Dell laptop with Windows 8.1 and I needed to upgrade to Windows 10. I was totally lost. Jim came in and within an hour he did what I needed and more. Best $100 I've spent in a long time.

We have used A-Z for the past 8 years. Their service has always been thorough, quick and affordable. A-Z answers all questions and concerns patiently so that one knows and understands. When we needed a new computer, we went through A-Z for one that fit our needs and was at cost. Installation by A-Z was efficient and everything was up and running smoothly within the hour without a huge learning curve. Don't know what we would do without their honest and friendly service!

Jim at A-Z Computing has been, to me, surprisingly responsive in helping me with acquiring computers and software and with questions and problems. I say “surprisingly” because I am a very small and only occasional client for his business. Jim’s knowledge, skill and efficiency in solving problems have become the reasons why I am very unlikely to seek help elsewhere. He has always completed exactly what is agreed upon.As to costs, for what Jim accomplishes in the time spent, I would say his charges are somewhere between quite reasonable and extremely reasonable.

When we moved to Fort Collins, I was most apprehensive about leaving my computer technician who had helped me with my computers from the first Apple. I couldn't imagine finding anyone else who could replace him. However, I have. A Through Z Computing has been our savior on many occasions in the past seven years. Not only are Jim and Christy technically savvy, they are always available to us. Invariably computer or printer problems happen at the worst times, and no matter what other work they have, somehow they work us in. Jim came at 9:00 the other night after working in some other calls. No other service person has ever done that. They have helped us understand how to use our computers to accomplish so much more, and Jim even helped us set up our TV's after a recent move. Jim Jenson of A-Z Computing is a true miracle worker, tops at troubleshooting and finding the right fix for problems. We've turned to him for help many times, and he has always been there. He responds promptly to calls for help, sometimes coming out that night. He also can fix problems remotely online. His years of experience and technical knowledge make him skilled in a full range of tech issues, from computers to networks to entertainment centers. As techno-phobes, my wife and I rely on JIm to keep things running smoothly. We highly recommend him to anyone.
