I have used "A Through Z Computing" three times now. I am in the educational field (administrator and speech pathology) and do teletherapy.
Jim has 'saved my life' several times when I accidentally infected my computer or when I accidentally messed things up. He is MOST knowledgeable and competent. He found the problems with EVERY issue I had. In addition, his rates are remarkably reasonable! I have recommended him to many of my teachers and friends. I will NEVER use anyone else as I feel safe, secure, and confident that he will be able to fix any and all my issues. Thank you, Jim!

My service request was out of the ordinary, but Jim took the time to diagnose the problem and give me good advice. He also did not charge me as much as he should have for the time he spent. Finally, service I trust.

Over the past eight years, I have had the privilege of using A Through Z Computing services at least three times. A-z has really helped support guys like me not so computer savvy. I always was able to reach someone to help me with what ever it may be. They always took care of my issues in a more than speedy response time. Being a low tech guy in a high tech world I feel a little embarrassed about my computer skills I always felt comfortable with a-z they always came across professional even when a 8 year old probably knew how to handle my computer or smart phone issue.
