I would have given a higher rating if not for the staff in the front. When I returned for my dog after a dental visit, I was treated indifferently; strait to taking my money. No explanation on how his day went, the number of extractions necessary or why my bill was quite a bit higher than I thought it would be. That was his second visit in two days. The day before, when he went in for a well visit and blood work at my request (I most likely would have passed on the blood work since I later found out it was around $110!), I was told he would need several extractions but would only be charged for the difficult to remove teeth. I was also told that I would see a reduction on the usual $150 cleaning fee since he already had his blood tested and apparently blood work is figured into the cleaning fee. When I returned at 5 p.m after he was there all day recovering from the anesthesia, I was really anxious to see my dog. I knew he had a hard day and I wanted to let him know that he wasn't abandoned. But, No, he could wait. I had to pay first. After seeing the results of the blood work, they encouraged me to start him on a special prescription diet and I wanted to speak to a vet about this new food (available only at the vet clinic). Skip ahead: So after I speak with someone (not a vet but knowledgeable) about his new diet and I'm finally checking out with a different and slightly friendlier receptionist, I find out I was charged for every extraction and also for the blood work...again. They ended up taking about $30 off for the blood work but increased the price of the food just before I checked out. The actual vets are very good, but the women up front is who represents them and they need to be represented better.

They almost always get me in the same day and are even open on Sundays. I love the people there and they all really love animals.
