I purchased an ATV from them in '07, the salesman told me it had features in didn't, said I had a 2 year warranty when it was only 90 days and the atv was not preped at all when I picked it up. The service department is just as bad! I had to bring in my atv twice for a mechanic who couldn't find the problem, finally I had to diagnose the problem myself and show him what part to replace. If you call for status on anything, plan on being on the phone for a long time. This place has this reputation and is not unique to me. Do yourself a favor and buy your fun somewhere else.

I bought a boat from this place once, and they asked if they could use it at the boat show in town in a few weeks. I said no, that I wasn't comfortable with that. When I tried to schedule picking it up they had every excuse in the book to not let me get it. I finally threw a fit and went there to retrieve it in person. When I got there I found out they took it to the boat show. Having the papers that matched the vin number in hand I went to the boat show and made them move about 10 boats in order to get it out.A few weeks later on the maiden voyage of the boat I got in the middle of a lake to find out that the connector on the gas tank failed. I barely made it back to shore using trolling motor.When I went to the parts office, they refused to cover it as a warranty item.
