Provided by YP.comMy car had a flat tire and GM sent it to this shop. They tried to quote me $900 for a flat tire, while everywhere else charged me less than $300. They claimed a few fixes that weren't problems at all. For example, they claimed the rim was damage and needed to be replaced, the blemish on the rim was rubber sticky that could be cleaned by gentle wipe with a towel. This place serves customer without integrity or honesty, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
In actuality the $900.00 quote that you were given was to replace the wheel that was also damaged when you had you accident. As you have stated in you review your vehicle was 8 months old at the time it was here, and the estimate that we provided you with was to bring your vehicle back to “New Car Condition” that it had been in prior to you accident. Had you just wanted to replace the tire we also could have done just that, however that was not requested by you. Had you desired to do that you would have only been quoted $252.00 which is less than what you paid to have it done elsewhere. No other attempt by our Service Advisor was made to sell you anything that was not needed so I am not sure what you are referring to with “They claimed a few fixes that weren’t problems”.
