Phil and Tom personally perform estimates and do all the work, so there is no decrease in quality through delegation or sub-contracting. They do quality work, are respectful of your property/pets/family, are responsive, on-time and on-schedule. I believe they work in the same way that they would want someone else to work on their house; and that's who I want working on my house.

They do great work. Replaced my heating and AC system. The cost matched the original quote. Tom and Phil, the owners, did all of the work. They return calls and showed up on time. I will recommend them to family and friends.

They are very professional and repair things correctly. They take the time to explain everything to you. My basement looks like they were never there!

J and M has been providing service for us for many years. Phil came out on a Sunday to have a look at our AC unit, and promptly replaced the motor the following day. Prompt professional courteous expert service.

This is the second time we had J&M complete work in our home. Their motto is "Do it right the first time" and they certainly do. The owners, who also perform the services, are prompt, courteous, and clean. They answer the phone and return messages promptly.

They arrived when they said they were going to and worked a full day without breaks to finish the job on time. We have young children and they were mindful of this while they were working in our home - being quiet around nap time, using clean tarps, etc. Our considerations were taken into account every day and our questions were answered honestly. If there was something we needed changed, it was changed without hassle (placement of A/C registers, equipment etc.) The price was very fair.



We heard about J&M through another satisfied customer who heard about them from a neighbor who was a satisfied customer. We would definitely hire them again for our HVAC needs.
