Monday 12 Oct 09 I bought a new power supply at Axs computers. After installing the power supply it went bad, Tuesday I went back to Axs to see what my options were. When I told the clerk that I thought the power supply was bad he threw a rant, started cussing, using the F word ECT. He finally tested the power supply and stated is WAS bad, he gave me no options on what I could do. I asked if it wasn't under warranty and he stated it was under manufactures warranty but it would cost him $8.00 to UPS it to them. There is much more that happened but I will not go into more detail. As I was leaving he said that I was like all the other SOB's and wanted get something for nothing. I walked out with the power supply and took the computer to Gee Whiz computers on 120th in Thornton, the computer WAS bad, I ended up spending $500 on a new unit. I have bought at least 4 computers from Axs and had service work done on a laptop at Axs computers. I sent an email to customer service and did no

I went to buy a logictech mouse from them and it was such a cheapy that it wouldn't run basic Logictech drivers. It "required" basic windows drivers. ( I found this out later) When I went to take it back, He charged me a 15 % return and when I inquired about a better mouse, I was told he didn't have any. So, glad I went else where to buy my $60 gamming mouse.

We had an emergency last week. We needed important data off our hard drive in order to finish a presentation. (1) They got my data for me in less than two hours time. (2) They had the correct power adapter I needed for the laptop I was having to use for the presentation since my othe laptop was on the fritz. (3) The had my failing laptop fixed just two days later. These guys saved my behind. I think they are fantastic!
