Dwayne Matthews from the Roto-Rooter in Boca Raton was the technician sent to provide service. He was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and corrected my drain problems. I would not hesitate to request him if and when further service was needed.

Alisa Scott was ny technician and her service was awesome! She arrived earlier than expected and did the job quickly. She kept me informed in each step of the process and although I didn't want to pay extra, she explained to me exactly why paying a little bit more now would save me a whole lot in the long run. She also steered me to a septic tank service provider for a service I needed that R-R no longer does. Thanks R-R for having such a great employee. Thanks Alisa for getting my plumbing going again!!

Alisa Scott from Roto Rooter came to my house in Fort Lauderdale FL and did such an amazing job. Came the same day as the call and had the job done in less than an hour, about 30 minutes exactly. Extremely fast,reliable, and reasonable priced. Would recommend to anyone in search of a plumber.

Frank Levine i had them service my house twice Beris was here on the 1-28-15 snake our drane it was paper toomuch paper,so on 02-11-15 doing laundry the toilet was bubbling alot so i call again the use a camera beris came an suggest to use a camera he call and waited for techs Alisa and oscar come and use the camera found hair and other little stuff the suggested using a blaster to clean the piples and strat using scoot paper all in all they were hepl full and usefull to our needs thank u so much we leave in oakland pk. fl 33334, everyone was very helpfull with lots of informatio thanks again

Same day appointments,the appointment setter was friendly, Adam came to my home assessed the problem. He gave me different options. He then called for another tech to come to my home with a camera. Alisa showed up shortly ran the camera and showed me and my husband what the problem was. It was explained in detail by both Alisa and Adam what our options are.Alisa then called Fred and scheduled for him to come the following morning and jet the pipe. I was very satisfied with the work done and the customer service from beginning to end. Great job! And great job to Sean (manager) for hiring employees with great customer service. I will definitely recommend your service.

Clogged shower drain. Water was backing up. Roto-rooters' Tresselar and Brian came that afternoon, assessed the situation, gave me their complete and honest course of action to take, agreed on the services, unclogged our drain in due time. yesterday we had Matt come to our house in pompano he was prompt, clean, and polite in the way he presented himself and represented the company completed his work professionally and when he left you would not know he was ever there. being a contractor myself this is the type of performance I expect out of my own employees. great job

Roto Rooter visited three times to unclog two toilets and cost $640. Was very frustrated. When toilet clogged again I contacted the local manager.



Local manager agreed to refund me $189 and sent out another plumber free of charge to complete a more thorough evaluation. I was happy with the evaluation and grateful that the local manager took an interest in resolving the matter; but unhappy that a simple matter required four visits and a call to the local manager.

OK, now when your toilet backs up on Christmas morning you've got a serious problem. Of course the plumber I've used for years is not open Christmas Day and luckily I have no use for them now. Alisa showed up within the hour and was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend their services to anyone and it couldn't hurt to ask for Alisa as she was so pleasant to deal with and turned a frustrating situation into a perfect fix. You folks have my business moving forward, I highly recommend!

My mother had a problem with a clogged pipe, so we called Roto Rooter, on friend `s recommendation... and within an hour everything was fixed! Alisa ( our technician), got there very quickly, and was amazing!

Of all days to have problem, ours began Sunday morning! I called and was told not to worry, we don't charge you any extra for Sunday service and we provide a free estimate. The service technician, Alisa arrived and was extremely calming, polite and knowledgeable. I unfortunately had no idea where the clean out was in my yard, and Alisa explained everything thoroughly to me that she had to pull my commode in order to repair our plumbing issue. I admit, I was a little wary, but Alisa assured me that the disgusting problem would be resolved and the commode would be replaced as if nothing happened. She then cleared the line while also using the camera to check the line. Also, Alisa located our clean out line and explained to me that if this for some reason should ever occur again it was necessary for us to know its location. I wanted to write this review to let people know that RotoRooter sends out competent, knowledgeable, polite and efficient service technicians that take pride in their work! I would definitely use them again and would certainly request Alisa and so should you!

My tub was clogged for some time now but Technician Alisa was very confident and knowledgeable about the situation. Alisa assured me that the problem was not as serious as I thought and was in and out within 30 mins. This is the second time I have used Roto-Rooter and they are 2 for 2. Thanks Alisa.
