We had a bad experience with another company, that is when we called Shaun & Mark at Decatur Heat & Air. They did a service call and replaced another unit in my house, we have been using them for 2 years.We are very pleased with their service & knowledge, Wise county is Lucky to have just a good and honest contractor. Based on my previous HVAC that had quoted an estimate of $1800.00 for repairs. Due to price we looked at replacing the unit, our previous service company provided us a quote for a new system.Decatur Heat & Air were reviewing our needs and asked to take a look at the system that needed repair. They showed me what was wrong & said we can sell yoou a new system, but can repair it for $375.00 to $475.00. so we had it repaired. Will be using Decatur Heat & Air from now on.

Decatur Heat and Air placed in a new AC/Heating unit in our home, in February 2010. We had to make an emergency call during the coldest part of February as our heater, which was probably 30+ years old, finally died. Shaun had been servicing our old AC unit the past two summers and now he strongly suggested that we invest in both an AC and Heating unit. He also informed us that we would see a reduction in our monthly electric and gas bill. We agreed to invest in the expense and Shaun, with the help of Mark Davie, had both units in within 24 hours. I am HAPPY to report that my electric bill has decreased by nearly $100 from last year. My gas bill was also noticeably different. Decatur Heat and Air is a company that I highly recommend. Shaun is an honest businessman, reliable, dependable and trustworthy. He always returned my calls promptly when we had trouble with our old unit and his turn-around time was amazing!
