They sold (paid in advance) a rear end for a chevy pick up I was told couple of days to pull it they called me week later I went to pick it up it was the wrong one. so another 4 days when by I call and ask to get my money back I was told they would get it out that day. The next day they called so went to pick it up for the second time. Looked like they pulled it out of creek mud and rust. My mechanic charged me extra $50.00 to clean and inspect it looked so bad. in all it worked OK but what a experience.

i am looking for a driver side white door for a 93 chysler acclaim 4-door, and was told to go to hickory, however after reading all these negative reviews, kinda scares me to call there. I am one to be blunt when irrated, you know. what other places are there to get a part for my car?

As soon as I asked to go into the yard to see if they had what I needed I was told no and accused that I might steal something and the people behind me was laughing. I was so embarrassed I just tucked my head between my legs and left. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE!!!

First theres this guy Brad with long hair at the desk. He's incredibly rude and I had to wait for him to help about 5 customers who came in after me before i could get any help. A guy at Wal Mart Auto Care in davenoport said he's seen them pull scrap parts and sell them as working. I bought a rim which was clearly bent up and rusted. I mentioned that and he said "there is nothing wrong with that rim." I had it put on and it was so bent the tire wouldnt hold air. Then I tried to exchange it and they wouldnt take it back. I wish I could give them a 1/2 star.

I just called Hickory Grove Auto to ask them about a transmission & a ring & pinion. The guy sounded very irritated that & had more than one question & was very short with me. I guess I'm a jerk for having made him answer the phone.

Did a search on Google and Dex matched my search with my city and state. Other sites just matched the name and I ended up with searches from other cities and states. Dex gave me just what I wanted.
