The professionalism of greeting people was the best I have every experienced. For a fancy place like this even a man in a cowboy hat was treated like he grew up in the area. Also, it was much more peaceful and quiet than my wife and I expected considering the abundance of youth downstairs. Looking forward to staying again.

I really appreciated the wine and champagne upon arrival, that totally made our night! The drink/app tickets were wonderful and would love to see more of that! We will definitely think of Hotel Zaza the next time I plan another girls night out..

All I have to say is WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Every request for assistance was met with efficiency and tremendous friendliness and professionalism. I couldn't have asked for a better environment from which to conduct business, especially when such a long way from home. In addition the concierge and front desk staff were all exceptional.

Your staff is a breath of fresh air. Everyone went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcomed. Simply put, it was an upscale stay with Texas size hospitality.

Hotel Zaza! The valet guys were outstanding! Front desk guy at check in was very accommodating. Room service delivery was extremely fast and the food was very very good.

We've stayed at the W, the Joule and now Hotel Zaza. Each has it's strengths, but overall we enjoy the experience at Hotel Zaza the best. It will be our first choice for when we want to spend a nice week or weekend getaway together in the future.

My overall experience here was exceptional! I LOVE the decor and the attention to detail! As an interior designer, I was simply marveled by the details and thought put into every little thing. That made my stay here very exciting and unique. Jason the valet guy he was so friendly and very helpful!!

My husband and I spend a lot of time in Dallas every year. We have the opportunity to stay anywhere we want to. We choose Hotel ZaZa because it has always been an exceptional place to stay. The hotel staff has always been super great and nice to us. We will continue to stay here at Hotel ZaZa as long as we continue to receive the service we have always experienced here in the past.

I loved my nights here at Hotel ZaZa it was a real wonderful time. Riley on of the staff members was so nice and did everything to make us happy. If I were to come back to Dallas I will for sure be picking Hotel ZaZa as my first choice.When we arrived they were all so nice and gave us great service. Their Dragonfly dinning room is beautiful! I highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Dallas.

I came here to Dallas from out of state for my husband and I's anniversary. We picked Hotel ZaZa off the great reviews. The staff from check in to departure were great. I was given a weekend rate which lower the cost of my stay. We were driven to dinner and picked up, and when we came back from our dinner date I had no idea my husband had asked the staff to do a special chore for him. When we arrived there was lit candles, chocolate covered strawberries, and rose petals in our room. In the morning they even brought us breakfast to our room. The whole experience was great! Thanks for the great experience.

Scott was incredibly accommodating. We went and shopped for cold medicine for my sick sister and came back with a cup of tea free of charge. He also loaned us his personal iPhone charger. I've stayed in Four Seasons, St. Regis, Ritz around the world and the personalized, prompt and caring employees at the Zaza like him make it a hotel a step beyond.

Loved our trip! Our vacation to Dallas was truly a vacation of a lifetime! Hotel ZaZa has been one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at and everything about it screams LUXURIOUS! Definitely will try to come back to ZaZa.

We came here as guests to a wedding and didn't know what to expect. I walked in and the staff was so friendly. They took care of our bags and helped us to our room. The room was gorgeous and spacious! The bathrooms were also really nice. We walked around the hotel and were very impressed. The artwork gave the hotel a fun feel and the pool area looked really relaxing! I wish we spent more time at the hotel!

I came here with my husband who had been here a few times before. I had always heard his stories exclaiming how perfect Hotel ZaZa was, but I thought he was exaggerating! As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I knew it was going to be a great vacation. The hotel is well decorated and the rooms are so comfortable.

Such a great experience! We had fun, were able to relax, and my friends and I already are planning a trip back! Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was fun, fun, fun!

Zaza was an excellent surprise to my loved one for her birthday. She really enjoyed the stay! Everything was exceptional.

If I could give ZaZa a higher rating, I would! I've never known any one to have a bad experience here. The staff are so courteous and the atmosphere here is great. I come to Dallas for business quite frequently and would never even think about staying at another hotel.

Hotel ZaZa provides excellent customer service and comfortable rooms. Every time I come to Dallas I look forward to my stay here.
