My kids LOVE this office. Everyone there is very friendly and they all really work hard to make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Raia, and his office staff are the perfect mix of skill, professionalism, and compassion. Having been a patient for nearly a decade, I have always gotten an understandable explanation of what needs to be done, as well as options for that work. Their office staff are wonderful when they help me to keep track of my appointments, and remind me when I get lost in my busy day. They really are the ‘total package’ in as far as dental professionals!! I wish I could give them six stars!!

I have been seeing Dr. Raia since my family moved to the area over 20 years ago. I have gone to about three other dentists over the years as my insurances have changed, so I can say with experience that Crest Hill Family Dental is highly focused on providing the ultimate patient experience. Dr. Raia has always been very informative in going over my care, explained what I needed and why, and an added bonus of being very quick when it came to procedures. The office staff always remembers my name and treats me like family and works with me on payment options. The dental hygienist continues to educate me and make me feel comfortable even when it's uncomfortable. :) I've referred a few families to this office and they all have had wonderful things to say and continued being patients. Crest Hill Family Dental is one of a kind! My family has been going to Dr. Raia for over 20 years now. I have recommended him to many of my friends that still continue to go here for all their dentistry care. Three people in my family have had braces thru this office, and the attention from the staff and Dr. were amazing. My children actually look forward to going to this dentist, which is extremely rare for a kid to admit. The atmosphere is always very comfortable and not at all scarey even for kids. Awesome music playing at all times is a huge plus for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Raia to anyone looking to achieve good oral health.

I love everything about Dr.Raia's office! ALL of the staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. They seem genuinely happy to see patients and are always very thorough.

Being a cancer patient about to undergo treatment ,Dr. Raia knew the importance of dental hygiene prior to my treatments and after. Although I was not a patient prior, I was immediately given an appointment, within 24 hours to undergo any and all procedures that would be necessary prior to chemo, radiation, and transplant, this took just one day to complete. Dr. Raia was in touch with my oncologist/physician prior, during and after my dental work was completed. I was very comfortable after having my entire mouth done including cleaning , extractions, and fillings all with just a days notice!! I did not have any oral infections as many cancer patients do during their medical treatments, I had a healthy mouth. I was quite confident with the work that was done by Dr. Raia not only from the office staffs professionalism but the state of the art equipment and options that were made available to me. I later found out that Dr. Raia and some of his staff had attended a cancer benefit family and friends had for me, after only having been to his office just ONE time!!! You just don't see these acts of kindness very often and because of his knowledge of his craft, knowing the combined impotance of medical and dental issues, compassion, understanding and genorosity I will ALWAYS recommend Dr. Raia. My entire family are patients of his now and they too have received the excellent treatment as have I. IF there were a million stars I would give him a million!!! like he gave me a million $$ smile!!!!

Dr. Thomas Raia and his staff are extremely professional and as a result, Crest Hill Family Dental is a well-driven dental establishment. I have been a patient of record for 25+ years and have witnessed time and time again Dr. Raia’s patience and accuracy in detecting a potential or current dental issue and fixing it perfectly the first time around. Dr. Raia and his staff keep you relaxed as your teeth are made nearly perfect. I have been credited with a beautiful smile and that is due to Dr. Raia’s ability and strengths as a dentist, and his relentless efforts in reminding me to floss daily.The dental hygienist, Pam, is extremely thorough and my teeth are always left sparkling at the end of the dental cleaning service. Dr. Raia’s office manager, Leslie Ragan, is by far the most even tempered person who always has a smile for you.Dr. Raia’s office has the most up-to-date equipment and technology that in my opinion you can’t find anywhere else. Dr. Raia continues to keep him and his staff current through continuing education on the latest developments and trends in the dental field.Anyone who is looking for phenomenal dentist and a top rate staff of professionals needs to look no further, you will find it all at Crest Hill Family Dental.
