Josh was very thorough in his evaluation of my ac units and all of my systems. He was very courteous and knowledgeable in giving me the best advice on what my systems need. The details left in his notes were readable and understandable to me and my wife. We now know which direction we need to go in the completion our heating and air needs. Good Job!!

Shocked at the service. On time, showed me what he was doing and came in less than the estimate. I would call back just because of this rep and what he said about the company where he works. I had the video camera to check my plumbing sewer pipes before I bought this house. Luckily I don't have any major issues at the moment but he showed me where in the future I will have some problems. He even gave me estimates for what they would need to do then.

The service technician gave va...

The service technician gave valueable information to use. He was knowledgeable in the air conditioning area and could answer all the questions I had. He informed me of the options to take to get my system back to normal and was caring enough to make sure I understood. He also made sure he did not track any dirt nto the house by placing covers on his shoes. He made me felt a little less concerned about what was going on with my unit.

I have done business with this company several times and they have always been neat, prompt, reliable, rigorously professional, and courteous...



I am impressed by the efforts they make to cover the floors whith protective coverings and to always wear shoe covers when walking on areas that are not covered.



Anthony and Lance are top notch. They installed a tankless water heater which was something of a complex operation.

Avoid this place like the plague

We asked this company to come out and give us an estimate on fixing a leak in our front yard. After quoting us a high price they tried to practice high pressure sales tactics on my wife when I wasn't home in an attempt to keep us from seeking out other estimates. When that didn't work they called MLGW and had our water turned off without warning and without notice. This company is completely unprofessional and unethical and I would not want them to work on or even come out to my worst enemy's house. Avoid this company and instead choose a reputable business instead.

I found this company to be rude and completely unprofessional and unethical. They practice high pressure sales tactics in an attempt to keep my wife from seeking out other estimates. I would avoid this company at all costs. Choose a reputable company that you feel you can trust.

After reserching all of our information we cannot find where we ever have been contacted or went to this customers home. When I saw this review I sent this person an email so I could get details of the situation. I got no responce. Therefore we have to assume this post is false and probaly posted by a former employee tring to start his own business. I can tell you the above comments are simply not true. Anyone who has ever dealt with my company knows we are the most professional service company in the area. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We are even willing to make this guy happy if we knew who he was, however pretty sure we have never worked for him. Our records stands for it self. We have a A+ rating with the BBB and with over 250 3rd party surveys this year our average score is a 98 out of 100. After every service call we perform a happy call to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied, therefore if there is any unhappy customer we will take care of them right then. Was a BIG disappointment when I was over-priced for a job that was simple. Yes, they have a 'book' that prices everyone the same, but the book needs to be ditched!! Was told I had a 7-hour job for replacing simple bath/kitchen fixtures, a garbage disposal and a running toilet. After pitching the repair person out after quoting such a ridulous price, was able to work out something with the office manager to get just the essentials done...still a bit high on price. This was not a 7-hr job as initially indicated, and in all, between Conway doing some and me doing the rest, it took--in all--2 1/2 hours! I must say that the repair person and the office manager that called were nice about the situation and didn't seemed shocked that I was shocked. I can only assume that they get these 'shocked' responses all the time.

Conway Services initially quoted what the customer was in need of, the customer then decided to not take care of all the repairs at this time. This substantly reduced to cost and we were able to reduce it a little more in a effort to keep her 100% satisfied. We have since followed up with her and she assures us she is happy with our service. In this day in age operating a business is more expensive than ever, especially when you are a service company that has very high hiring standards and provides benefits for your employees. I am proud we were able to get this homeowner taken care of and look forward to helping her in the future.
