I had a great experience dealing with Mr. Connor and AJ. However , there were 3 scratches on the car that should of been fixed before I picked it up. When I got there the car was taken back to the shop and they " tried " to fix the scratches and re washed it. From there the BLACK car sat out to air dry. Meanwhile I'm waiting and waiting. Mr . Connor and myself had to dry it off ourselves with paper towels because they " didn't have towels ". I was very upset and disappointed by this. The GM even drove up in the golf cart and could of cared less that I was having to clean off my own car.

great, Randall and the guys did a good job. Did not have to wait but a few minutes before they had the job complete. Keep up the good work.
