I am very fortunate because I am still healthy, so I can't even begin to imagine how much those not so fortunate have benefited from Gayle's talent... her talent of boosting confidence... confidence to feel good about who you are and how you look... with incredible new hair (yes, a wig)! She has such talent, is a true hair artist, makes you feel comfortable and at ease, and treats you with such respect and professionalism... and in privacy! What a treat! As a woman in my early 50's, after many years of self dying and poisoning my head/hair, I have rapidly thinning and damaged hair. On a whim, my husband and I stopped Gayla Wigs, just for a peek. Well, an hour later I walked out a very confident new woman, and the proud owner of a fresh new look. Gayle is very refreshing. and guess what? She loves her work and it shows! My wife visited this salon in the past month or so and was VERY disappointed....the wig that was purchased was unsatisfactory and did not live up to my expectations. The business owner did not show any interest in making the situation better ....in fact, she was actually rude. So ..... if you want NO SERVICE WITHOUT A SMILE you might consider this shop ...otherwise look elsewhere. I ended up going to Sherry's Wigs on 1960. She was helpful and friendly and businesslike. I suggest that Gayla try guaranteeing customer satisfaction , treat the consumer with respect, and attempt a smile. Sherry and her daughter are very professional and friendly

My 17-year-old daughter was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer requiring chemotherapy. Another exceptionally satisfied customer guided us straight to Gayle. She selected the ideal wig for my daughter within 30 seconds. We are constantly met with the question, from doctors and fellow patients, in a polite whisper, "Is that a wig? Where did you get it?" We proudly hand out Gayle's cards and give them directions. There are no words to describe how reassuring it is to know, no matter what treatment my daughter has had to endure, that she can look just like any other teenager she passes in the hall. Gayle's personalized service, along with her compassion, sensitivity and intuitiveness, has made what could have been an awkward encounter an inspirational experience. There are angels roaming this earth, and one of them is named Gayle!

I have a rare neurological condition for which I must take a cocktail of medications. One side effect is hair loss. I came to Gayle defeated and embarrassed by my situation. She treated me with sensitivity and respect and gave me back my dignity. Her products are professionally made and the personalized customizations that she provides made my wig indistinguishable from my own hair. I have been repeatedly complimented on my new look. One year ago, not only was I turning gray but I also developed an allergy to hair dye. Every day was a "bad hair day". So, I made up my mind to find a solution---and I did! Her name is Gayle. Her understanding and compassion were remarkable. She had the integrity to say "NO" when I suggested a wig with curls and instead produced a style which was perfect. I was lossing all my hair from chemo and was almost in a panic. Gayle was recomended to me with nothing but good things said about her .She is so full of knowledge and compassion and has helped me through a very hard time. I`ve bought 2 wigs from her and looking forward to a third.I would recomend her to anyone. She is such a caring person and takes her job to heart
