I bought a system. and I love it. They were nice and did a wonderful job. My hair has never been better

I am completely satisfied and very happy with my Rainsoft system. I have had it now for about seven months. I just love showing off my alkaline water that comes right out of my kitchen sink to my family and friends!

Great company! They are very professional, courteous, and helpful. Fix my problems fast. Reasonable prices.

I have had my Rainsoft system for about 3 years now. I am very thankful for the office staff as well as the service technicians. I recently had a problem with my system and needed immediate assistance. The manager, Chris, was very helpful and assured me that he would make sure that I was taken care of. The ladies in the office were very understanding and the service guys were absolutely the best. My issue was resolved in a very timely manner.

Chris, the owner, was all too friendly and helpful when selling me the system and I had no real problems for the first few months. They make annoying "Just calling to see if we can do anything" phone calls. At one point, I received 3 calls within a 3 week period. I requested they stop calling me.



The real issues started when I had a leak and requested service. I was told a service call is $150! Thinking this was out of line for a any regular service call I have ever paid for (An emergency plumber on the weekend is around $100!), I requested a call form the owner and it never came so I called back 2 days later and was told he hadn't been back in yet. Guess it wasn't important to him.



After the $150 service call (Which took 20 minutes total), I was told I needed a new tank, under warranty, but it would cost another $150 to install it! Are you kidding me??? $300 for them to show up and work for less than 1 hr!



When I told them to just order the tank and I would have it installed, the owner found time to call me and he told me: "That's how we do business" "I don't really make any money on the install" he also said "If we don't install it it's not under warranty"



Of course he doesn't make any profit on service calls, he made profit when he sold it to me, then when he charged me $150 for for a 20 minute service call and then wants another $150 for another trip but he's not making any money on it...right.



This guy is a huckster and not very good at doing that. Use them at your own risk. I have since found a much more professional service provider.
