I called Carl [the Drain Wizard] after a referral from a trusted friend...best call I've made since I've lived here [6 years] and had multiple negative experiences with other service professionals.



Initially, I needed a kitchen faucet replaced and the first impression led me to hire Carl on for a full bath remodel. His eye for detail and professional advice proved true and I now have the room I envisioned Thanks to his expertise. The time-line [business hours do not apply-very rare these days] and price quoted were accurate and beyond fair.



I encourage anyone who has had a bad experience with a contracter to make the Drain Wizard, aka Carl, your first call if the need arises! We all know time is valuable and this is one gentlemen who will not waste your time...His Mission Statement rings true-"Quality Work at Amazing Rates." Outstanding job for a great price! Called in the afternoon for estimate on new water heater w/ installation. Got an appointment for installation the next morning and our new water heater was installed within an hour! Friendly, fast, reliable and affordable!

This company is great. Carl was so wonderful. I just moved in and need pilot light lit. Carl gave me a fair and reasonable quote. He was at my hous in less than 30 minutes. Carl was Great!! He came out within 20min and fixed our gas water heater. We thought we were going to need a new one but thanks to Carl he was able to fix it saving us money from buying a new one. We will definately call him for all our plumbing needs and will refer him to all our friends.

I called Drain Wizard in the morning about slow and backed up drains in our bathrooms. Carl was very nice on the phone and came out the same afternoon! He was professional and quick to get the job done. He quoted me a price on the phone and did the job for that price! I am very pleased with the manner in which he took care of the problem with my drains and the way he was quick and to the point. His company is very well mannered and polite.They desearve a 5 star plus rating!

I needed to replace our main valve shut off and Carl was the first to respond to my estimate request and the cheapest price out of 5 quotes. He came at a time that was convenient for me (after work @ 5:30) and provided fast and thorough service. This guy was great! We will call Carl for any plumbing problems in the future.

We called Carl when we noticed te bath tub and surround needed replacing. He gave us an estimate for replacing the tub and tileing the walls. During the initial visit we discussed what else could be done to the room and decided to do a total bathroom remodel. Carl did a great job - wish I could post pictures of the finished room. My husband and I would recommend The Drain Wizard for any and all plumbing / tileling / remodeling needs.

Carl located a leak under the concrete slab and fixed it quickly. He also pointed out some problems with work done by another plumber, and corrected some safety issues. He stayed until 10:00 at night to make sure we were happy with the results. I will definitely call Carl first the next time I need help with a problem or remodel.

The Drain Wizard saved me hundreds of dollars and did a GREAT job. Very up front and nothing not understood. Also, if you need your drain snaked, for $75, between the aggrevation of trying to rent one and do it yourself, better to just get the wizard!

After fixing a leaky shower head, then the front yard spicket for pressure, then finding all the bad plumbing in kitchen to bathroom, he dug up the floor in bathroom and everyone of our pipes were so bad you couldnt see thru them. So, we got a new shower and all new tile. In other words a whole new bathroom. It is beautiful. He did such a nice job, very good prices, very prompt and very hard worker.Worked f or 10 hours sometimie. I told all my friends about him. He will be our plummer from now on if we need him.
