Was not expecting to trade my car in. I stated that I wanted a suv, all wheel drive , third row seating . I did indeed get that . Lorenz provided excellent service and was personable !

My experience buying a new 2022 Hyundai Tucson at Spitzer from Bill Barton was fantastic! I was very specific in what I wanted and Bill didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t want. He found what I was looking for and we worked through the process effortlessly to get it. I finally got my BLUE SUV and it drives as nice as it is pretty!

First of all i had to change my appt time and nicholas schultz took care of tht with no problem. Friendly and courteous, I came 4 an oil change and front headlight was out thinking i was going to be out abt a couple hundred, not the case the young man at the desk made sure evrything was covered under warranty, thank u spitzer love u

I brought my car in for service & needed it done by a certain time. Christopher Palumbo did an excellent job & had the car ready for me with time to spare. Everyone in the Service Department is friendly & professional. I drive 40 minutes to have them service my car.

Robert Vitko and the team at Spitzer Hyundai were professional, courteous and accommodating. Even in these challenging times they were able to find me a vehicle I liked, which was also in my price range. Robert made sure I was satisfied with my vehicle and purchase. Robert was also kind and took the time to explain to me and show me how to operate the features on my vehicle.
As a side note this is my fourth Hyundai lease. For the past nine years I had dealt with Classic Hyundai and had turned to them first as my lease was approaching expiration. I dealt with two salesman, one finance person, and one sales manger; they all lacked the professionalism and courteous mannnerisms that your team exudes.
I LOVE my new Tucson.
