I currently live at a Cincinnati Apartments Plus property and I couldn't be happier. The staff is knowledgeable helpful and nice. The property is well maintained and the price is fair. I plan on living with them for a long time to come.

I have lived as a resident of CincyRents for the past three years. Recently I lost my job due to the economy and could no longer afford to pay my rent. They worked diligently to rent my apartment to someone new to keep me from getting behind and having to break my lease. They also found another home for me that better fit my new budget. I can not thank them enough for their understanding and efforts on behalf and me and my family and I am hoping my making others aware of their willingness to go above and beyond for their residents is a start. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough good things about Cincy Rents! I had to relocate here in Cincinnati for a new job and had looked at a lot of different apartment websites, and made appointments to check them out. I was absoutley shocked that the apartments I looked at were nothing that were in the photos, they were dirty and the people that I was dealing with were rude. Frustrated that my search wasn't going as planned I went on Cincy Rents website and was so excited! Great photos, easy website and when I scheduled appointments I got quick responses. I walked a couple I was interested in and the units were clean. The staff took the time to listen to my needs and they fulfilled everything they say they will on their website. I highly recommend Cincy Rents, even if you are not relocating.
