I experienced great customer service, however I did not like how the advertising offers easy payment plans when they really don't have any other payment options other than them trying to get you to apply for a loan through one of their own lending companies. I felt a little mislead on the payment option part of it.

The entire staff there is truly amazing from the front desk ladies to miss Maggie to the nurses and the doctors everyone was so kind and so thoughtful and I would highly recommend this to anybody.

The procedure performed for me at Sono Bello is amazing and it fits my needs as a patient. Overall, my experience is nothing less but fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life.

Amazing staff! All the girls are super friendly! My only issue it's results! I really don't notice any changes on the treated areas.... I really was expecting more....

It was good! Everything went really well for me from start of the process until I had the final results, it is a quality experience for me.

Wonderful experience, thus far! Kim was an awesome consultant, Elizabeth is always friendly and professional when I spoke to her. The nurses and Dr. Gellis was very accommodating, they follow up as promised AND they send emails to remind you of next steps. I can't wait to see my final results!!!

Great experience. Dr. Willard was perfect. Whole staff was greatly kind and made me feel comfortable. Wouldn't change a thing about the experience.

Was little scare because my husband told me about bad reviews, but let me told you was awesome, love the doctor very very professional and a lot experience, the same for the people working on the office, every body was great, I will recommend very highly at the office in Charlotte SC, I will be back soon.

Everyone at sono bello Card was very nice it was my first visit there to get information and everyone was very friendly I am very excited to go forward with the procedure.

First and most of all I would like to thank the entire staff at Sono Bello Dr Willard perform my procedure with his bedside manner I just knew I was in good hands at times he had me laughing through the procedure also his assistant I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she was awesome. From coming in to getting my consultation set up all the way to the end my experience was unbelievable. Elizabeth at the front desk made things easy with filling out the paperwork I highly recommend service if you wanted to make a change. My first week appointment after my procedure I was amazed to see the results and by the way I had lipo on my upper and lower ab.Smiling from ear to ear !!

I'm still speechless. I've gotten more than I expected from this experience. From my initial consultation to meeting Dr. Willard and his Team. The experience was amazing and I can't wait to see my end results. I'm so excited by what I'm seeing now that I walk around with the biggest boost of confidence.
