Our service techs were here right when they said they would be. They were very good about explaining everything and there were no surprises. They were able to fix my unit very quickly and were very polite and efficient. I would recommend Rowland Air to all my friends and family

We're pretty happy with their service. They told us that our old motor was broken. We trusted their opinion because my husband had tried to fixed the AC by replacing the fuses and changed the air filter but it didn't work. Then after Rowland changed the motor, the AC works perfectly. They even checked our duct and made sure, everything works perfectly.

Rowland Air has excellent service. Everything was explained very well and I will use their serve again.

Rick was awesome! I had a preventative maintenance service done which only took about an hour including tips on how to change my AC filter with a better one to improve efficiency. I highly recommend.

Great customer service! I was very frustrated with my previous maintenance company, practically begging them to come service my unit. When I called Roland Air, I got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The tech showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and courteous.

Made a next day appt. with Rowland Air and the tech Rick, arrived on time and had our a/c back up and running within minutes. He explained what was wrong with our unit and had the great customer service that you don't get anymore. I was very impressed with their professionalism. If you're in the Antelope Valley and need a/c repairs then give Rowland Air a call you won't be disappointed.

Rowland Air installed a complete new heating and air system about four years ago,and it has worked flawlessly until last weeks heat wave set in! Selected the system to cool and it came on for about 2 minutes and then completly shut down! would not function in cool or heat. I checked and reset all circuit breakers and replaced the compressor fuses and still no go, time to call the guys. Called the office and set up an appointment that worked with my work schedule and they sent out "Rick" the technician. I explained the the events leading up to the shutdown and what I did to try and remedy the problem. He completly checked all components associated with the heating and cooling system and found that a control board in the a/c condenser was the culprit. Ordered up a new one and checked with the office staff of our warranty coverage and rescheduled around my work again for the replacement. As of today we are back in action just in time with the 100+ heat slated for today. Great work, ask for Rick Caron! great troublshooting and fast work. They did not give me the lowest quote to replace my furnace but I got what I paid for, plus more.........

The other guys that gave me quotes showed me how they would cut prices and corners to save $ BUT I would have paid later in higher energy costs and repairs due to substandard work. To many issues like carbon monoxide infiltration, and fire concerns to cut corners with this household need.

I just had my almost 30 year old furnace replaced, using Rowland, and I am so happy with the company, it's staff and especially the serviceman, ERIC, are very professional - Eric was not only very professional, but extremely knowledgeable about the product, he listened to my concerns and answered each and every question, , The work order was detailed and there were no surprises. I have heat, and I am very happy, and should my AC unit go out, they will be the first people I will contact, and I am more than confident in them that I will definitely refer them to any I know having AC/furnace issues. I highly recommend Rowland Air. The tech Kenny R arrived to service and check the heating system. This guy did an awesome job. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely call and ask for him again. GREAT JOB!!

My land lord hired this wonderful company to come out and replace a heater in my home which had been red tagged. On the day that Eric came out to do an inspection of the old heater, he was SOOOOOO detailed and concerned for my family!!! It made me feel so at easy that they were going to do their best to fix the problem and make my home warm again. They thought there was a possibility that they would not be able to come out till the following week to replace my heater, which I understood. But the very next morning Eric called me to tell me he was concerned about my house being cold and did what they could to make it happen faster ;) So instead of it being installed on a Thursday, they came Monday morning!!!! They said they would call when they were on their way, but were scheduled to be there at 9:30. They called me at 9 and said they would be there in 20-30 min and they WERE!!!!!!! They came when they said they were going to!!!!! The two men who came to my home (which I am a single mom, so I think all of us have that little fear of being alone with people you dont know) were so polite and soooo quite!!!! They talked amongst themselves and you could barely hear what they were saying!!!! They were soooo professional as well!!! They cleaned up the mess that was made and when they left it was like nothing had been done ;) Except for having this brand new beautiful heater in the wall ;) They explained to me how it worked and Eric even came back before the guys left to re-inspect their work, which I thought was BEYOND professional!!! The office staff is friendly and warm and I just am very impressed!!!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to everyone I know!!!!
