Cannot believe how smooth it was to trade and purchase a car from Sutherlin. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and never before has a transaction gone so smoothly. Weiss and Curt are two of the reasons why I will be a returning customer. What a great experience! I purchased a new car from Sutherlin Nissan and had a great experience. I worked with Ryan Cherry and Zach Worthington and they were very friendly and I felt had my best interests in mind. Also, good sports. Trying to buy a car with 3 small children is no easy task. While I was working on paperwork, Ryan went above and beyond and entertained the kids with snacks and helped them clean out my old car. The sales managers and finance team were very informative and helpful as well. I almost bought a car at another dealer the day before, but left because they were so rude and I wanted to give Sutherlin Nissan my business.

Most ever time I come-in for service it is a hassle free experience. When I deal with Rudy or need to see Taylor Jackson its all was great! They both listen to everything you have to say repeat it back to make sure nothing is missed, tell you what they're going to do, then do it. GREAT SERVICE!

Buying a car is stressful enough but having to do it under a time crunch, is even worse. Approx. two weeks prior to be beginning of the college semester, we decided that our daughter needed a new car., (safer, more space). We shopped locally just to get a feel for what we wanted. We narrowed it down to two cars and my husband took over from there. We found a car that we really wanted at Sutherlin's, (looked clean and had a suspiciously low price), so he made the initial contact. and spoke with Vance. I believe that it was the next day that we went to Buford because we were in a hurry. The dealership is conveniently located right off of Highway 20. The car was very clean and the price that they were asking was far below the blue book value. The test drive was great and we were able to seal the deal. The car , (a Rav 4), was exactly as presented, no slight of hand here. As I remember, everything was processed within twenty-four hours and we were able to pick up the car in a timely manner. Vance Robinson was professional, direct, and handled business efficiently. I did not have to give my husband the side eye or the "let's bounce" look. It was a very pleasant experience for a very impatient person. My daughter absolutely loves her car and continues to enjoy it everyday. I will definitely be seeing Mr. Robinson for my next car purchase.

I drive quite a bit so I look for price specials and coupons discounts for service work for my car. Now Sutherlin might not be the cheapest on all things to all people be they will match most anything advertise you bring in. And then they have promos that really help with anything that they have for sale, just ask "Mr Jackson or Rudy in the service dept." for what they are. But the many things that I have found is that Sutherlin can honor their pricing but ask them to match Sutherlin's customer service, follow-up, friendliness, very relaxing ambiance and knowledgeable service writers "Rudy" that tell you what they will do, then do it! They are to smooth to my move my service work anywhere else.

I bought a car from Nissan sutherlin in September. ..when i started the process everyone was so extremely helpful and made me feel valued as a customer. ..my finance was a challenged so since it took a bit longer to get an approval my sales person lost interest in me...he didn't call me the next day when i was to return or even acknowledge me when i came back to the dealership. ..i asked to have a different sales person...Kelvin..he was nice...but not thorough...mt mirrors bulbs needed replacement and it tookn3 calls and me to fome hack to the dealership to assist. Also, my tag was not ready because my car did not have an emissions done when i bought it..which cost me time and a fee to pay for the emissions. ..i was told by Kevin in used car sales...to bring in the receipt and i would be repaid...i came in a month ago and i have not received my check. I called today abd the lady answering the phone was not very friendly because i askedwhy i couldn't speak to someone. ..she told me she was doing me a Favor taking the takin a message. I asked who could i contact. .i have a complaint and want to our it in writING, the lady

Said contact who i need to. She had no care for my frustration. You know almost all car places send an email or card to thank you for your purchase. I feel like me buying a car is not appreciated. The reason i rated it a 2 is because James in finance is awesome and Kelvin was good. Not appreciated as a customer

Regular 3500 mile check up. Sean Tigue was the service writer. I was promptly greeted and my car was serviced in a reasonable time. My 2013 rogue has been a great car and with regular service from Sutherlin,I hope to keep this car on the road without any problems.

We found the used car we were looking for online through AutoTrader and contacted Sutherlin through their web site. I received a call from the internet manager within 15 minutes and scheduled a test drive later in the day. We were promptly attended to when we arrived by our salesperson Cass Warner. The experience working with Cass was very professional and comfortable. Nobody was pressuring us and constantly trying to "close us". The purchase process was also very efficient and pleasant. From test drive to purchase, we were in and out in less than 2 hours.

I went to Sutherlin Nissan to satisfy my curiosity about the new 2016 Maximas. They were not rated well for tall people and that is a must fill requirement in our family. Out of curiosity I decided to try out a Murano! I had tried probably 15 other vehicles in 2 days and this is the one vehicle that met the requirement for tall people in the from and back seat. Weiss was great as a salesman. He wasn't pushy like you often get at a dealership. Also spoke with Shelton that night and we returned a couple of days later to see if it could meet the few other requirements we had. By Wed. We were picking up my new Murano and had absolutely no problems with any of the staff! Weiss went over the features of my new vehicle and I left satisfied and with a full tank of gas! Thanks to all for a great car buying experience!
