I purchase a new Nissan pathfinder for my wife and she loves it. The selection of inventory sutherlin nissan offer in stock was astonishing with all colors and model available. We work with a sale consultant who was knowledgeable and we'll experience...by far the best experience in every had buying a vechicle.

Looking for a used car with my wife. She was sick and we had been looking all day. Due to the insurance company of the one who smashed my wife's car we were in a hurry to find a car. After getting the runaround from several dealers and no success with private owners we tried last resort at Southerlin Nissan. Could not be happier with the service. Salesman was polite and not pushy. He showed us several cars in the price range we gave him. None of them really did anything for us. We were about to head out when the manager came over to talk to us. Of course. He said he would find us something and he did. A car we saw soon as we pulled in but thought it would be out of our price range. We ended up getting the car $4000 under list. Not only that but since we were tired , hungry , and my wife was ill we asked if they would throw in a Chinese dinner with our purchase. They did. Salesman went out in the rain and bought us some Panda Express. Nice job.

Bought my first car ever from here and couldn't be happier with the way I was treated. No pressure from the salesman or management. I will be buying from here in the future.

I give this dealership an A+ in all aspects. They actually cared about my budget and what I was trying to accomplish and made it work for me.

My experience with Nissan at Mall of GA was incredible.. I first communicated with the internet sales department which helped me narrow down what I was looking for weeks before I made my trip to the dealership. Upon arrival i was greeted immediately & was not pushed at all in regards to sales. My salesman sat down with my husband & I after getting us coffee, got an understanding of what I was interested in & let us browse the selection. The financial department was friendly, honest & very helpful with my purchase. Weeks later I am still amazed at what incredible staff this facility has & would not dream of going anywhere else in the future when it's time to purchase again.

I was in terrible need of a vehicle for about a couple of weeks after my old car had given up on me. I walked into Sutherlin Nissan with expectations of a smooth talker that just wanted all of my money with minimal time/effort. This couldn't be further from the truth! From beginning to end, my experience at Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia was an impeccable one! I dealt with Shelton Thacker, who not only listened to my needs, but delivered on them. Not only was he able to meet my price point, he took care of the physical characteristics of my vehicle that needed to be adjusted. This was such a "WOW" experience. I am so happy that I decided to purchase a vehicle at this dealership and would hands-down recommend Sutherlin Nissan to anyone!

Just bought my new Maxima from them. Went in about a week prior to that to shop around. Never was hounded or pestered by a salesman, which I truly appreciated. There was a salesman that introduced himself to us and answered questions and did a test drive with us after we looked, but we were given some time to wander the lot without a pushy salesman on our heals.

This is the best car buying experience I have ever had! My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and put me in a brand new Altima in no time! The manager even came and talked to me about my car buying experience. I will be buying my wife's car here no doubt.

Parts department at Sutherlin has ALWAYS been VERY helpful as I have done A LOT of maintenance & repairs myself on my '02 Maxima SE (VQE35 V6 motor) with over 223,000 miles. Parts prices have been, more times than not, cheaper than the internet for factory parts... yep, that's cheaper than the net. Trust me, I'm a VERY frugal person that'll find a way to squeeze a quarter out of a penny. Example: (2) valve covers, intake manifold gasket, (6) NGK spark plugs, plug wires & both cam position sensors... I saved $21.86 buying from ONE place, Sutherlin, than ordering from 3 different internet places & time spent doing the parts search (all Nissan OEM parts). Staff members are always helpful, professional, & have gone out of their way to to help locate parts from other dealers/warehouses on more than one occasion.

I have an 09 Altima and LOVE it. When it came time to get a new car I looked at 3-4 other brands but liked the Altima best. Found a great deal on line. Called the dealer, made an apt with the internet team. They had the 2 I wanted to see ready to go for a drive. I could have left with it after the 30 min of obligatory paperwork but wanted my husband to see it. We arranged to be there the next day. The car was ready to go, they had all the paperwork was ready, so after 10 min we were out the door with our new car. I hit 1000 miles yesterday and no problems so far.

Gene and his associates are immensely patient, careful to go over everything, and are by far some of the best sales persons I have every seen. They aren't out to rip you off, actually watch out for you, and it was an all out pleasant experience. Kudos to Charles for having such a wonderful team. Shelton and Mr. Williams were great as well. Great to meet all of you, and was an absolute pleasure doing business with you.

Service at Sutherlin Nissan was outstanding. i walked right in handed my keys because i had an appointment and 20 minute later my car was ready to go. on top of the fast service presented my Rudy (service writer) a complimentary car wash was performed on my Altima. Thanks Sutherlin Nissan.

They answered my many questions but in the end they had a FWD SUV and we desperately need a AWD. I never saw the FWD buried in the ads. Also GURU start listing option packages and no every single thing each vehicle has I had to contact them because they never answered the guru email.
