Front office was really friendly

My daughter has been a patient here since she was one. She is now five and has a cleaning appointment this afternoon. We have had a great experience every time we have come. The waiting area is extremely colorful with a play area for kids as well as a kid friendly movie that is always showing in the waiting area as well. Our wait time is always the typical 15 - 20 minutes which doesn't bother me because I expect that on a Saturday.

My daughter has NEVER wanted to go in the back alone so we always get a private room with no issues and no additional wait. The hygienists are all very friendly and competent which is a plus. They also know how to work with the littles and I've noticed how they find innovative ways to calm my daughter for her cleaning. The dentists are all very good as well. My daughter even received a treat from the prize closet for not having cavities.

Once my daughter turns 6, we will have to find another dentist due to our insurance but until then we will continue to patron this location.

Very professional non intimidating and efficient, my son didn't even have time to be nervous, which is a learned behavior from me, his mother. We have have found our permeant dentist after 3 attempts. Thank you to the doctor and wonderful staff

The thing I like most is that everyone is so friendly. From the Dentists to the front office staff. It really helps when a child might be a little nervous or scared about seeing the dentist.
