Recently I was vacationing in Boynton Beach, FL from Chicago's never ending winter. As I was shopping in the mall with my family, we walked into this boutique. I am in the middle of planning my daughters sweet sixteen and decided to try on dresses for the occasion. I was looking for something special for a very special girl. I just have to say that I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable dress to shop here. The staff as well as the owner made this experience so delightful. They were patient, at tentative and sweet. I walked out with a gorgeous Sherri Hill gown that fit my daughter like a glove and she looked beautiful. If I could give them more then five stars I would.

Albert was super helpful! They ordered in the specific dress I wanted and had it ready for me within a few weeks! Couldn't be happier with my dress!

I always buy my special occasion dresses from Madame butterfly ! they have the best selection ! their price is really fair comparing to a lot of high end boutiques that carry the same brands like Jovani. staff is very helpful and friendly and experienced. I got my wedding dress from this store and all my marine corps ball dresses from them. all the dresses had to be altered due to my height and they did a beautiful job on the alteration also .if you're looking for that one special dress don't look any further, Madame Butterfly is the best place and they also have a great website !

Albert at Madame Bridal was great!! We ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses for my wedding next weekend and of course I procrastinated. Albert assured me they would be in on time and they were. They had to be altered and it was done in a few days. Just picked them up and couldn't be any happier! Each time we went to the store, he was never annoyed my the babies we brought. Albert was super sweet and very reassuring! Thanks again Albert, you made this wedding process so much easier!!

I bought my pageant dress here today and the customer service was amazing and the sales men was beyond superior. I am defiantly coming back.

As a last resort, we tried to find a Sherri Hill dress that was no longer available. My daughter really wanted this dream dress for her Sweet 16 and we looked high and low for it. We spoke to Albert on the phone and he found the dress and ordered it for us. He was reassuring that we could make my daughter's dream dress a reality. The size was a size bigger and it was altered to perfection. We recommend Albert and his very supportive staff to anyone who's looking for a quality dress and exceptional service. We will definitely be back. A wonderful place to shop.

Albert was a huge help. I had to order a brides made dress for my sisters wedding that was going to be out of state. Of course I waited to the last minute. I was stressed out but he make everything go every smooth. My dress came in so quickly. They called me right away and got my fitted. They saved the day. I bought a dress for my daughter for a school party. The dress was very beautiful and looked stunning on her. My daughter loves it very much. Albert was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure that she had the best fit. I am definitely returning for her next social event.

Madame Butterfly is a very inexperienced shop, and they also have the worst customer service.The "consultants" at Madame butterfly were extremely rude, not only did they not offer to help in my search for bridesmaids dresses but they accused my sister of breaking the zipper on a dress she hadn't even tried on, then to put the icing on the cake, the man working basically insinuated that my sister was fat. I would never buy a dress from this shop.
