Provided by YP.comI have over 78 vehicles that I have had in my life and this is the first place that helped me and made my experience awesome. Laraine responded to my internet inquiry right away, made me a video, and got me all the information I needed to make a good decision. Once I got to the dealership James was very professional at his job, showed me all of my options, test drove them, and I choose a Jetta TDI. James wasn't pushy at all, he did a great job and we bought a vehicle. Thank you Volkswagen Billings

Provided by YP.comI bought my new Jetta sportwagon diesel from VW Billings. It was a pleasant experience. The staff were uniformly informed and helpful. I have bought many cars in my life (I'm 63) and this was the best experience I have ever had. The follow-on service was excellent. I highly recommend this business.

Provided by YP.comMy experience dealing with the Billings Montana dealership was legendary!!!
Richard and Loraine were educated about the car they were selling me. When I left the dealership. I knew everything about my car. My cell phone numbers Richard programed into my new car. So, I could call someone and tell them about my new Beetle!!.
I have alreadyeducated someone else about how to reset their tires after filling them up with air. Because know one showed them when they brought their car.
. Thank you for great service and keep up the good work. You guys rock!!

Provided by YPmobileMy wife Alissa & I just bought our 1st Jetta, always drove Chevrolet. This Jetta is such a comfort to drive (quiet, and so smooth). Seats are also extremely comfortable. I have a friend with a BMW. After looking our car over he said he's buying a VW Jetta next.
Thanks for a great car Tracy & VW of Billings. Denny & Alissa

Provided by YP.comAs an earlier reviewer stated, "This is a car dealership that gives car dealerships a bad name". The Service Department here is horrible. Very pompous, "salesman-like" staff. Do not return phone calls, do not keep good records, do not listen nor seem to care for their customers. Avoid at all cost. Drive to another city if you want to buy or repair your treasured VW!
At Volkswagen Billings we are fully committed to providing excellent customer service through open and honest communication. The situation as you describe it does not meet the standards we maintain, and I am sorry that you left our dealership unsatisfied. All of our customers are very important to us and we value your business. We have had some problems in our service department and it is true, we have been slow to return customers calls. This customer is dead on when it comes to our response time returning phone calls and following up with our customers. As a new dealership we are constantly changing and adapting based on our learning experiences with our customers. Thank you for sharing your experience, we appreciate your honesty and it serves as a valuable learning tool. I’m happy to report that we have made many changes in our service department and are working towards being the best dealer we can be. Again, we do apologize that we did not live up to your expectation or ours. Thank you, Mike, General Manager

Provided by YP.comI recently purchased a 2009 Jetta here and everyone that i dealt with was very nice, not pushy but helpful. Laraine was my first contact from the internet, she responded promptly and when i went to the dealership she introduced me to Drew to work on a deal. We drove several new cars and then i decided on the slightly used Jetta. The deal was fair, my trade in was right on the book value and i am very satisfied. The next day quite by chance i noticed a noise i had not heard earlier so i called and they got me in and diagnosed what it was, ordered the part and installed it at no charge to me. I was and still am impressed with the service and especially the people. Mike, Laraine, Drew, Matt, Scot, Ann and everyone that i dealt with were very nice. I would certainly say give these folks a try if you are looking for a positive car buying experience.

Provided by YP.comI recently purchased a vehicle from Volkswagen and had one of the most pleasurable experiences. Everybody treated me very well and our salesman went over every feature of our new car to make sure we understood. They gave us a great trade-in value for my old car, which we really appreciated. We have been shopping around and everybody we went tried to low ball us, so when they offered us a fair price, we were very please. Thanks Volkswagen Billings-----We will be back for our next new vehicle!

Provided by YP.comI loved my experience with Volkswagen Billings...they are not pushy, very helpful. They made sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted not the one they wanted to sell me...Laraine was super sweet and extremely helpful...since I was driving over 2 1/2 hours this meant alot...the manager Mike was more than willing to work with me...the salesmen James and Mike were very personable and helpful...they showed me how to work the 4x4 on the vehicle and even how to open the hood...I was concerned about dealing with this dealership after reading the reviews on here...however after my experience I feel it must have been the customer that had and was the problem not the dealership because they were awesome...probably the best vehicle buying experience I have ever experienced...I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Provided by YP.comThis was one of the most pleasurable experiences I ever had, buying a car. Mike Morgan, Laraine, and Kyle took really good care of me. They made me feel like what I wanted was important and worked with me on getting the car I wanted financed. I got a really good deal, the negotiating process was easy and hassle-free. I would recommend Volkswagen Billings to anyone! They appreciated me and my business.

Provided by YP.comThese are the people who give car salespeople a bad name. This was a terrible, horrible car buying experience! I would buy a Volkswagen again (LOVE my car), but I would never, ever buy another one from them. We were told the car we wanted was there (it wasn't), we were quoted the wrong price (lower than the actual price, of course), the wrong interest rate (by many, many points), and told the reality of the situation less than twelve hours before we were going to drive four hours to pick up the car. Because we wanted a Volkswagen, and needed a car because my wife had wrecked hers, we never even looked at another dealership. And because they told us a whole bunch of lies, we thought we were getting a great deal. Until of course, the day before. It's been a month and a half and our financing is still not appearing in the banks database so we can make our first payment (due tomorrow) because the dealership just sent the materials to them 3 days ago. Beware of this dealership. If you can, go to another one.
At Volkswagen Billings we enjoy working with customers from many different walks of life. Our customers are very valuable to us and we thank you for your business. Without getting into this customer’s personal finances, every deal is different. There were many issues with these customers’ finances which continuously changed the dynamics of this car deal. I apologize if you left our dealership unhappy, this was not our intention. We worked very hard to get the financing done but unfortunetly it did not go as smooth as we would have both liked. Again, we do appreciate your business and I’m glad to hear that you love your new Volkswagen. Thank you, Mike, General Manager

horrible. i was trying to find out about leasing a 2012 Jetta TDI. They wouldn't give me the lease pricing. they gave me a huge run around. then offered to give me $5500 for a vehicle worth $12000. Then when I called the General Manager an Idiot (Mike Morgan) he followed me out the door and attempted to start a fist fight. He was calling me all kinds of swear words. I can't believe they let this guy work here. no wonder he was fired over at Mercedes Benz. I'll go to Bozeman before I'll ever deal at a RIMROCK place again.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this dealer and the experience was the worst we’ve ever had, anywhere. The sales team was very dishonest and demeaning. After much frustration, we settled for an unfair trade-in amount for our previous vehicle and purchased the Tiguan which also happened to have some body damage at the time of purchase for whatever reason. They obviously agreed to fix it but never called us to set up an appointment like they said they would. After finally calling them to set up an appointment, we were told they could not give us a loaner vehicle even though we were bringing the car to them from 125 miles away. Even then, the grief wasn’t over. The general manager never alerted the service team of my appointment and they were not prepared for the car and did not have the parts for the repair. This subsequently pushed the repair even further out from when we were told. Additionally, we were only able to convince them to bring the car to us after spending an hour on the phone with a Volkswagen Customer Service Rep. who then alerted a regional case manager about our situation with the dealership. So far, we have been satisfied with our vehicle but I would caution anyone considering the purchase of a Volkswagen to do so elsewhere. Trust me, it’s not worth the headache.
At Volkswagen Billings we do our best to give our customers top dollar for their trade-ins. It is our intention to always give the fairest market value on our customer’s vehicles. Unfortunately, sometimes the true market value of the vehicle is not viewed the same by the dealer and customer. I apologize we were unable to give you more allowance on your trade. Regarding the loaner vehicle issue, at the time we didn’t have a loaner car policy. I’m happy to report we now have a loaner car policy for our valued customers. It sounds like you are very happy with your new vehicle and if there is anything that we as a dealer can do to improve your total satisfaction please give us a call at 406-655-7500. Thanks, Mike, General Manager

Salesman was good. Typical salesperson to manager tactics. But, got a good deal.
