I used this company on 3 different occasions for plumbing and a/c work. While they were always courteous, they were often late; didn't have the right materials and had to go back to the shop numerous times. Each job required 2 visits which I paid for. I also had to argue an overcharge; which they did reduce. I am all for giving a company a chance (more fool me) but I would NOT recommend this company if you want a quick and affordable job.

Sent wrong guy for the job then charged for the supervisor to show up and finish the job as well as the original guy. Completely missed that the blockage was the city pipe and we had sewage backed up into our basement all weekend.

I have used this company to look at a furnace of a house I was buying. The technician was polite and honest. It was an old furnace, but instead of a push to buy a new one, he said you can clean this and it may go for a while yet. When the furnace does go, I will buy it from them because I know they had my best interest at heart. Of course, I paid a reasonable fee for the service call. They also did plumbing for me, great service reasonable rates there too.
